Perfekt för små barn

Vi var en familj med två barn (spädbarn och småbarn) och turnén var mycket tillmötesgående för oss. Bussen var tillräckligt stor för att passa vår dubbla barnvagn. Aktiviteterna var lämpliga för våra barn. Även när man fick ett utbrott, gjorde föraren det till en sömlös möjlighet genom att ge oss en lugn plats att ta en naturskön promenad för att sova. Reseguiden gav en fantastisk rundtur!

Kul och går fort

Helikoptern och båtturerna var båda stora upplevelser. Du får en poncho på båten och dina ärmar blir blöta så ha på dig något som klarar det eller som torkar. Kunde ha varit fem stjärnor men trafiken gjorde att upphämtningen av turnén var lite sen. 3 timmar är inte tillräckligt med tid vid fallet om du vill ta in allt, men det ger en bra snabb och förtätad upplevelse. Ångrar inte, men om jag kommer tillbaka med mina barn kommer jag att hyra en bil.

Fantastisk resa totalt sett med en utmärkt guide i Shohzaib som var professionell och kunnig hela tiden. Sammantaget skulle jag starkt rekommendera för priset och den allmänna servicen för guiden. Det fanns några problem eftersom numren var överbokade för minibussen så det slutade med att man förlorade lite tid i början av turnén som kunde ha varit väl serverad i fallen. Dessutom satt vi längst bak i bussen och kunde inte höra guiden när vi reste. Det skulle vara användbart för dem att ha mikrofoner eftersom det skulle förbättra användarupplevelsen för alla på bussen.

A must visit. Great views once in a lifetime to see. From all good angles it’s a good view. In a helicopter or just straight on ground, you can’t go wrong. The Niagara Falls are good photo opportunities as well. An d make good memories.

Extremely overpriced

It is definitely extremely overpriced. You can better book cheap transport to the falls and arrange the boat or other stuff you want to do there. The helicopter flight in particular is definitely not worth it. 1. If you buy it directly from the company, you only pay 180 CAD (the company is not directly adjacent to the falls though) 2. You are in the air for maximum 10 minutes and will see the falls even less (2-5min) I complained and eventually got to go again, because I was persistent, but I would not pay for it again Our driver David was really nice though and gave us his phone number so we could ask questions while walking around and stuff. He was not really a guide though. The Maple tasting place and the Whirlpool are a nice add-on, but not a must-see imo. The falls are a must-see, but don't book a tour.

Hi Jana, Thank you for your review of your Niagara Falls tour. We are sorry that we missed the five star mark from you. The tour description states the helicopter fly time is ten to fifteen minutes. Perhaps you missed you read it, thirty minutes includes the Flight boarding, use of restrooms, and safety instructions. However, it is good to hear that the helicopter staff was understanding and accommodating. We are also glad that your tour guide David was helpful and nice. Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

The Falls on the Canada side is beautiful with a better view. Great guide and very informative. The drive to Niagara Falls wasn't bad at all it didn't seem like 1 hour and e0 minutes.

Although driver/tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable - there was not enough time to appreciate/experience everything - also the lunch was poor, it was a buffet style and cheap quality food - not what we expected for the price of the tickets.

The boat tours was amazing going deep into the horseshoe side of the Falls! It was an easy walk up to the boat after taking the breathtaking view from the cabin car which takes down to the boat. The view was wonderful of the Falls from there as we go down to the ramp for the boat.

Take Luxury Out of the Title

I will start off by saying that our tour guide, Haroon, was lovely. He was kind, thoughtful, and informative. I chose this tour for three reasons, the word luxury in the title, hotel pickup, and the star rating. Be advised if the following: this is absolutely not luxury and if you removed that from the title I think you’d have happier guests. It’s a 23 passenger PACKED van, cloth seats, no info or entertainment on the almost 2 hour drive to Niagara Falls, just silence, no beverages or snacks. Second, they do not pick up from all downtown hotels, mine included. We arrived at a specific Starbucks at a specific time and had to wait a while for everyone to arrive… late. Why tell me to arrive in time if I have to wait for everyone else? Unfair. When you arrive you have exactly three hours to tour the grounds. It took us an hour and a half just to get through the boat lines and tour. We had a quick lunch and headed back to the bus at our allotted time. Guys, don’t rush, because the driver will drive around and pick you up from wherever you are if you don’t get to the bus on time. This is frustrating and unfair as we rushed through lunch to make it to the bus on time, as we were instructed. Common courtesy in a group your. Meanwhile other families took their time and enjoyed valet service. The maple tasting is nice, but it’s not special because anyone that goes to this spot can do it. So basically, you’re paying for group transport to Niagara Falls in a potentially packed bus without hotel pickup plus whatever add one you choose. Falls were nice. Area is downtown Disney vibes.
