I learned 18 hours before arrival that my tour provided an airport transfer. Unfortunately, Viator required at least a 24-hour cancelation, so I didn’t cancel my booking. My rating is based upon the driver being on time.

Waiting driver was not facing incoming airport passengers, and we almost missed him. Then had to walk some distance to his car in the parking lot, instead of him bringing the car to the curb once we made contact. On driving, he was a bit dangerous, following too closely and changing lanes so that other drivers honked at him.
