Bruges is the most beautiful city of Belgium. Every lane you cross, every building you see is so picturesque. I loved it. Plus, our guide Alexander was amazing. Taught us to say bye in Deutsch too, Dakh dakh! Definitely recommended. Those €75 are worth every penny you are surely going to love the place - it's beauty, the Belgian fries, beer and the chocolates ofcourse!

Just a quick visit to a beautiful town
Angela_M, May 2024
Bruge was a beautiful town but we did a very fast walk through and really didn't have enough time. Alex was a good tour guide keeping us informed of the history and interesting facts of the areas we passed through.
Had better tours.

Tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. However, she walked too quickly. We were not able to keep up through the crowds, and unable to hear information she gave. Quit the tour and met the bus at departure time.
Needed head phones & nicer guide

Beautiful city. No headphones. Group of 30!!! Couldn’t hear tour guide . Large group and crowded city. Guide was very arrogant and didn’t try to make adjustments so everyone could hear. The worst.
Bruges is beautiful. Viator gets you there but don’t expect much else
Susan_V, Apr 2024
Bruges is beautiful and worth a trip all on its own. If it’s this Viator tour or nothing, ok. Do your research ahead of time and know what you want to see. Also, be aware thst a sit down meal will cut deeply into your time. Don’t have high expectations on the part of the guide who will give a 1 hour guided tour of the city then turn you loose. Ours was Pieter. Ok info on the bus. When we got to Bruges, it turned out that a microphone set had ‘not been available’. Viator- how is that even possible and how do you not ensure guides have mikes available? What was annoying is that Pieter didn’t bother to wait for the group to all be next to him before he started speaking. And he didnt bother to speak up, even knowing he had no mike. So you couldnt hear. He seemed put out when asked to repeat what he said. This is the first time I’ve seen nobody giving a tip at the end of a tour. A little heads up —. On the way back to the bus, follow the same route that you took on the way into the city. I followed Google Maps just to see something different. It took me into the park which was nice, but the sidewalks connecting to the drop off zone were all closed and I had to backtrack. This could be a problem if you’re short on time!
Fantastic day trip from Amsterdam

This was a fantastic day trip from Amsterdam. Our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. Highly recommend this tour.
Great day trip!

The price is right for this day trip! Ian was a fantastic guide. He talked just enough but not too much on the 3 1/2 hour trip about some of the points of interest along the way. He was engaging and fun. The 5 hours in Bruges was enough to see all we wanted to see, shop, and have some lunch and drinks. Ian didn’t talk at all on the trip back which was great letting those who wanted to snooze do so in quiet.
A Great Day Trip
Susan_T, Apr 2024
Pleasant and interesting day. Great tour guide. Just the right amount of free time for a meal and shopping. Excellent restaurant recommendation by our guide.
Nice day trip
Beatrice_N, Apr 2024
Easy ride . The 3 hours went by fast both ways. Comfortable bus . Bruges is nice and enough for one day. I think you need more time to walk around and eat (slow service) so the 2 hours you are given to yourself is not enough.
Belgium was amazing! Architecture, Food, Desserts - expensive and busy but worth the visit!

Love, love, love the city I will be more cautious about getting a bilingual tour as it took twice as long to do the tour

Bruge is a beautiful Fairytale city and I highly recommend taking the trip there. It is well worth it! My tour guide Ian was great!
Brilliant Bruges!
Sharon_J, Mar 2024
Lots of free time to explore on your own. A unique place unlike anywhere else. Plenty of options for food & drink - as well as the finest Belgian chocolates aplenty!
Long journey with not much to see
Kate_H, Mar 2024
Long journey on a crowded coach followed by a brief walking tour pushing through the crowds then being left to your own devices for 3 hours with nothing to do but shop. I’d recommend choosing a tour where you stop off at other places en route to break up the journey and have less time in Bruges instead.
Absolutely Amazing!
Kathleen_L, Mar 2024
I loved the food, the people and the charm of the town. Even on a cloudy, drizzly day I couldn’t stop smiling. It was an amazing experience and I am already planning my next trip!
Great experience, totally recommended
JUANANTONIO_R, Mar 2024
The travel was a little longer but I had a great experience and the guide was all the time respectful and trying to make our experience really worthy
Mom and daughter day in Brugges
Robyn_M, Mar 2024
My 19 year old daughter and I enjoyed the day trip immensely. Our guide Alex was informative and very helpful to maximize our time in Brugges and navigate through the city and offer recommendations. We felt he did a great job in both English and Spanish for all guests on board upon arrival, we were given the option to venture on our own or join Alex, we opted to take the 45 minute walking tour into town with Alex, which we were glad we did. Even with the map, it is difficult to navigate if it’s your first time. We felt the trip was just the right time for exploring and enjoying the sights. We had to choose between sitting in a cafe for lunch or picking up a quick bite and enjoying on a bench to maximize our time. We opted for the quick bite and the canal tour and taking in the sites and shopping. All in all we enjoyed every aspect of the day and had no regrets. There is so much to see. It is a long 12 hour day but very well worth it. It’s a plus the tour bus has phone chargers so brings your usb cord.
Amazing

Recommend if you are in the area. We save the best for last, did the tour on our last night. We spent the day at the downtown area of Belgium.
