    Excellent time in Amsterdam

    The Local Tour Guide as the 'Star' of this Tour

    My guide started by contacting me in advance, weeks before my tour. He also confirmed my arrival in Amsterdam, and my intention to still do the tour with him. Direct communication him about our meeting place was appreciated, and the timing of my tour was adjusted to accommodate my entry ticket into the Anne Frank Huis. He got me to the Anne Frank Huis after our walking tour, and he made sure that I knew how to get back to my hotel. I truly felt like this was a VIP tour! While we were too late to see the inside of the Jewish Museum and the Portuguese Synogogue, he had photos to show me of the inside. I will know where to go back next time for a longer visit. Sometimes tourists try to pack in a lot into one day; this guide made it all work! I really enjoyed the visit to the Anne Frank Huis: every little girl reads Anne Frank's Diary and it was wonderful to actually see the hidden annex snd compare it to my imagined reality.

    Uma enganação. Comprei o pacote de tour a pé com ingressos para a casa Anne frank. O tour ok, mas nada de ingressos!!!! Não deram retorno e nem enviaram os ingressos.

    Dear Luciana, thank you for feed back. I am really sorry because you are disappointed with happened situation and I fully understand it. We have discussed about it in your hotel's lobby and as well before you entranced in Anne Frank House museum. In the title of this tour IS MENTIONED THAT VISIT ANNE FRANK HOUSE IS OPTIONAL !!! so depending of customers interest I COULD HELP WITH BOOKING THE TICKETS AND FINALY DO IT FOR THEM !... but it doesn't mean that tickets are automatically included in the tour price. Simply some customers simply don't want to visit Anne Frank House museum but JUST want to get walking tour. So that's why I don't reserve tickets for somebody in advance.. I think it is logical, right ? All my customers are informed about it in advance and until meeting with you last Friday I didn't have any problems with my customers before. I think that you should read better information and tour condition BEFORE you book any tour. That's because you didn't have tickets in .pdf format.. wasn't my mistake. It was omission caused due misunderstanding between you and Viator platform... .but not between you and me. I have declared very clearly conditions about Anne Frank Tickets in my tour offer (section excluding) After all I did my best to help you and I sold you 4 tickets reserved for other customer for lower price than usual just to give you opportunity to get in and visit museum.. Isn't it ? Even if you consider about everything happened few days ago as " fraud" I do not accept claim that I was part of it. Not at all !! Finally, you could value my tour the way you want, it is upon you of course , but to be honest and with all mu respect against you - I think that it is a bit unfair to me to rate my tour "just by 2 stars" ( that it reactively bad rate) just because happen something that I DID NOT have any influence and finally responsibility.
