We will pick you up at your specified address in Antigua City Center for transfers TO La Aurora Airport. Seasonally we run FROM La Aurora Airport to Antigua. Please inquire. In those cases, we will pick you up outside of the arrivals hall, on the right side, where Cafe Baretto is. Please present your voucher to the driver.

My friend and I used this company for transportation our entire trip and was very impressed with them. If you have any questions you can whatsapp chat them and they are quick to respond. We also took the shuttle from Antigua to Panajachel at Lake Atitlan and back to Antigua. The shuttle would pick us up and drop us off at our hotels which made it a breeze.

Almost missed the flight due to a detour

the transfer from Antigua to Guatemala City was 2 hours 45 instead of the anounnced 1 hour 30 (Google says 50 minutes without traffic). This partly due to another dropping point at a bus station. The rest of the route choice was also very questionable. I nearly missed my flight.

It was a very good transfer from Antigua to GC. I highly recommend this service. The driver arrived promptly to pick me up and the entire shuttle to GC was comfortable and air-conditioned. I'll definitely use this service again next time I'm in Guatemala.

Had made this reservation for Airport. Did not know it was going to Terminus and other stops in Guate City BEFORE Airport. Depending on you time flight, it can be very tight and stressful.

Thanks for helping others be aware that they should book a shuttle with enough time to arrive! The traffic in the city can be quite debilitating, and we do normally drop off in airport-adjacent guesthouses before the airport. We already recommend booking a shuttle MINIMUM 4 hours before any international flight departure. We appreciate your review, and thank you for using Due South!

The ride did what it was supposed to do. The person that was traveling with me had to leave days early, but if they were present my rating would be much lower. We were tight in that van as it was and with one more person it would have been very uncomfortable. It seems to get overbooked. The driver was courteous and amazing. This review is directed more at the company. Also consider starting earlier to be able to pick everyone up in a timely manner. Considering the other options for transportation, changes need to be made (like an even lower price or less people) in order for this service to remain relevant.

Hi Katya, Thanks for letting us know about your experience. The shared shuttles are collective service and they certainly can be booked full, with all seats taken. This might make for a tight trip, and we're sorry that the van's layout wasn't comfortable. We do advise all of our customers to be ready and waiting 15 minutes before the scheduled van time, but because other agencies book onto the collective shuttles, we can't guarantee that all of the other passengers are notified of this by the agencies that book them on, so there are often wait times as other clients might not be ready and outside waiting to depart from the city. We are a third party service and don't control how many other passengers are booked, so we never promise a half-full shuttle ride, and all the agencies around town charge comparable prices, which went up with gas prices (as fuel is the same price here as in the US, for example). We're sorry the service wasn't 5-stars for you but we really appreciate hearing about your experience and that you shared your opinion! Thank you.

Right before your trip yesterday a big issue happened on one of the main highways which caused a detour for all the heavy transport and lots of traffic on the route you took.
