Poor execution… cab versus private car!! Need refund!

This was a borderline scam! We paid for a private car transfer and a cab showed up to take us to the port. The driver knew our name and had a ticket for our transfer. He ran his meter and meter showed 19.75 at the port while we paid full price (over 46 E) for transfer. I could have done same thing through hotel. Expect refund of delta cost or not using Viator again!

The driver did not show up. I paid $65 cdn in advance. When the driver didn’t show up, I called the operator and they had 5pm as my time even though every communication said 11am. They gave me a refund. I would also like to add that we got a taxi for 15 euros - clearly advertising for $65 is gouging the traveller.
