All guests who have booked our Ship to Shore Auckland Tour will ONLY be picked up dockside beside their berthing ship at the Cruise Ship Terminals (Queens Wharf or Princes Wharf)

  • A small amount of easy walking is involved. Comfortable shoes recommended
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • A maximum of 14 people per booking(We can provide this tour to groups larger than 14 by discussions with Viator and ourselves)
  • At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
  • Most travelers can participate
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 14 travelers

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Yes, all our fleet of Mercedes are yellow both for safety reasons down country where they can easily be seen but also for guests, like you, off a cruise ship, where it is also so easy to see. We want to bring our city alive in front of your eyes as we unfold the stunning scenic beauty, the rich history and culture and our fauna and flora. Is there any better places to be in Auckland that aloft 2 of our 53 volcanoes (all extinct) for the most spectacular views. With our 12 and 15 seater Mercedes, we go to places that the big buses physically cannot access due to the topography of Auckland. Our tour is the perfect tour if you are arriving on a cruise ship as we will pick you up dockside and return you back to your cruise ship as we did for you. It was a pleasure hosting you. A very comprehensive tour of Auckland by a knowledgeable and accomodating driver guide. Despite some rain and heavy traffic, David the guide was able to get us to places which we wouldn’t have known about.
