The beauty of Provence in a day.

Gordana was an excellent tour guide. She had so much information to share and you can tell that she truly enjoys what she does. Since everything we saw was new to us, it was all memorable. The villages of the Luberon were beautiful and the Pont du Gard is an amazing structure. Even though it was a long day, it was not too much for a pair of 75 year olds. This tour is highly recommended.

The guide/driver, Gordana, was wonderful. She was upbeat and very knowledgeable and clear with loads of information. The sights were amazing! The trip involved quite a bit of walking which was not indicated in the information. It would be good to include a note saying there would be moderate walking to see all the sights.

Our guide Gordana (sp?) was cheerful, informative and had a nice sense of humor. It is a very ambitious itinerary and a long day but just what we were looking for, to maximize our limited time in the region. The small size of the group (8 total, not previously acquainted) was perfect. Highly recommend!

Towns of Gordes, Rosilleau and St Remy de Provence were picturesque and nice to wander through. I wasn’t as impressed by the town of Fontaine de Vacluse, although the walk along the waterway was nice.

Natalie, our guide, was exceptional. She had control of the schedule perfectly and arranged for us to see the most of the six sites we visited; truly get out of her way to make sure that we have seen the best. The itinerary from Time 4 Provence was also well designed.

This was a superb tour, covering a lot of ground (and villages) in just one day. Each of the villages are unique and beautiful, topped off by a visit to the architectural wonder of the Pont du Gard. It did feel, however, that our guide showed some frustration openly (with the frankly very well behaved group) and at times was quite short with the group, leading us to all be on tenterhooks!!

Excellent Day in Provence

We very much enjoyed our day tour of Provence with our excellen guide/driver, Anna. Although the day was cool and wet, we still saw many wonderful sights. The river springing from the mountain, the villages of Gordes and Rousillon and, of course, the Pont du Gard were particular highlights. We also learned a lot about Provence along the way, thanks to Anna. All the stops made for a long day, but since we had a limited amount of time in Avignon, it was well worth it.

the tour was very informative…Donnaka (?) knew all the history. it was a nice small group as promised. the only disappointment was that we booked for a french tour intentionally since it was part of our immersion studying the language and they stuck us with an english group with no advance notice or option to cancel or refund.

My friend and I had a wonderful time with Natalie, the guide, who was so knowledgeable on every subject. Especially we loved the historic aqueduct “Pont du Gard” the most. We were just amazed by it and its surroundings. We enjoyed the tour so much!!!

Memorable Provence highlights full day tour

We had a fun time in Provence full day tour with guide Gordana . She offered insightful historical, cultural background info on tour locations Gordes, Rousillon, St Remy where artist Vincent van Goh lived for a year, Les Baux and incredible Roman aqueduct Pont du Gard. The tour stops gave us enough time to walk around and our lunch break at Rousillon was fun with lavender flavor ice cream and viewing the red cliffs. Gordana’s enthusiasm for the region and clearly explaining the history made this tour memorable.

We are a family of three (me, my husband and our 13 year old son) from California. Natalie was our driver and our guide. Not sure if she was the owner or not, but she sure guided us like she owned the business because she was very enthusiastic with making sure we had a wonderful time. She is knowledgeable of the area and was happy to answer all of our random questions. The tempo of the tour was fast because there was a lot of grounds to cover. We had a wonderful time.
