Please do not book this tour if you have a baby or have accessibility issues. You will be penalised. We booked this with our baby who was in a stroller. We met with the tour guide Miguel at the designated meeting point. As we had a baby we were assigned to a different queue to go through security. Miguel told us to meet him outside the lift just after security. We waited an hour for him. I was frantically calling the tour company (no answer) and asking those who work there for help. After an hour I bumped into Miguel who was rude, said we wasn’t at the place he told us to be (when we was! I have witnesses, please check the CCTV). He was so rude and left me in tears. We paid over £100 for this tour. This ruined our trip and day. Both my husband and I were very upset…please do not book. I shave since emailed the tour company with a complaint but have heard nothing back!

This was a tour that I was able to squeeze into the day after missed the tour I was originally scheduled for. The tour guide was fantastic and clearly had an enthusiastic and reverential regard for this cathedral. I am so glad the viator operator helped find this option as I was bitterly disappointed after missing the first one. Amazing experience!
A beautiful wonder - not to be missed!

La Sagrada Familia is an absolutely beautiful, indescribable marvel both inside and out. We met our guide at an easy to find spot, and his knowledge of the cathedral was extensive and so interesting. He pointed out many of the details that it would be easy to miss, and explained the meaning and significance of many of the sculptures - things you would not figure out on your own. This place is truly special and unique in the world - amazing. Skip the line tours are definitely the way to go and worth the small price over and above an entrance ticket. The lines are always incredibly long, and even if you get in, you do not have the benefit of learning from a knowledgeable guide. Our tour enabled us to ride the elevator up one of the towers and then walk the circular steps down. We are so glad we did that - amazing views over Barcelona and views of cathedral details from different and closer vantage points. Our tour guide was wonderful! Thank you for an unforgettable visit.

Anna is an amazing guide. She is socharming and personal and passionate about gothic history. I highly recommend her! This experience that rivals the pyramids of Egypt and Anna made that happen.
