  • Check-in is 1-hour prior to tour time. This allows for guest weight check-in, a safety briefing, and to be escorted and seated on the aircraft to ensure an on-time departure. Late arrivals may not be accepted and non-refundable. Please allow ample travel time to your check-in location in case of traffic delays.
  • Tours/Times may vary according to wind and weather conditions
  • No scuba diving within 24 hrs of departure
  • For each guest weighing over 240 pounds (108 kg), an adjacent empty seat is required to safely balance the aircraft. The second seat charge is half off of the regular tour price. Please arrange your additional seat after booking.
  • You should wear dark colored clothing so not to reflect in photos.
  • Hats, Bags, large cameras, extending selfie sticks are not permitted on the helicopter.
  • You should bring a credit card for optional video/photo packages and souvenirs at heliport.
  • Gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers

Toshi was our guide and everything from start to finish was spectacular! The experience was once in a lifetime and I could not be happier that my husband decided to push both of us out of our comfort zones! The views of the waterfalls, cliffs and coastline were truly awe inspiring.

Truthfully I was terrified at the beginning, but the pilot was awesome so patient and knowledgeable. Once we were in the air I was in awe of everything I saw! I was in seat 2 up front by the door and all the windows! Awesome experience! I will be doing this again somewhere! Worth every penny to see the Kohala Waterfalls in Hawaii!

Super friendly staff, the pilot was very professional, provided many additional info. The view was amazing, it is truly an unforgettable experience, even though it is quite expensive (not the offer from this company, in general the helicopter tours are very expensive). The background music during the tour was an absolute added value. The opportunity to buy the video about the tour is a huge adventage.
