All our apologies for the very late reply regarding your experience with us.
Regarding the time slot, when you book through viator, you can express your preference (morning or afternoon) but this is not guaranteed.
It depends on our availability and as you made the reservation just 2 days before, it was almost fully-booked. We do understand that morning is sometimes better than afternoon (but not always) and we could have shifted the tour to another day if you wanted to.
About our captain and his clumsy behavior, all our apologies. This is absolutely not usual from him.
He is very friendly and he likes to take care of his guests on board.
We think that is more a big language misunderstood than a mocking against you, but still, all our apologies if you felt that way, this is not what we want.
It will be a pleasure to welcome you back and to show you that we can be and do better!
