- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Amazing experience - white glove treatment! Best excursion that my wife and I have been on. Ramone is one-of-a-kind, terrific, and very memorable. Highly, highly recommend.

Ed picked us up in his private boat at our hotel and we headed out for a great afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He stopped by the hotel later to drop off an earring I had lost on his boat and I didn't even realize I had lost it. He went above and beyond what was necessary and did it with a smile!

This was the second snorkeling tour we took on Bora Bora, with the previous one being with a different company. This one was still ok, but disappointing compared to our first tour. I had booked a morning tour since that is the best for wildlife viewing, but the day before the company contacted me and said they could only take us in the afternoon. This was our last day on Bora Bora so I didn’t have time to make alternate plans so we agreed to the afternoon tour. The first spot was the manta ray cleaning site where our guide boasted he saw eight mantas that morning. We saw none. He tied up the boat far out from the site, requiring a long swim. There was a strong current and the visibility was very poor. We got extremely tired from the swim and had to go back to the boat. He then started laughing and making fun of us to the other boats in the area. We stopped by Coral Gardens, which was nice and then went looking for sharks. He said it was too late in the day to find them in the lagoon so he took us outside the reef into the rough, deep water. We didn’t find any sharks, and even if they had come, we probably wouldn’t have gone in anyways. We then went back inside the lagoon and found a few sharks. The final stop was at the Aquarium (which on his map was called Coral Gardens). I think this would have been a good tour if they had taken us in the morning like I had originally booked and if the guide had been a little less inconsiderate of our swimming ability.

All our apologies for the very late reply regarding your experience with us.
Regarding the time slot, when you book through viator, you can express your preference (morning or afternoon) but this is not guaranteed.
It depends on our availability and as you made the reservation just 2 days before, it was almost fully-booked. We do understand that morning is sometimes better than afternoon (but not always) and we could have shifted the tour to another day if you wanted to.
About our captain and his clumsy behavior, all our apologies. This is absolutely not usual from him.
He is very friendly and he likes to take care of his guests on board.
We think that is more a big language misunderstood than a mocking against you, but still, all our apologies if you felt that way, this is not what we want.
It will be a pleasure to welcome you back and to show you that we can be and do better!

We choose the 3 hour private tour. Ramon was prompt picking us up from our hotel. We went straight to swim with the sharks and sting rays and then cruised around the island to the coral gardens. Boat was great! Drinks were offered. Ramon was wonderful! The only thing I would have liked with it being a private tour was a little more exclusively, there were a lot of people at the places we went

Captain Ed is amazing. He can spot the ray deep in the water. The coral garden is amazing. And the trip won’t be complete without the ukulele and Bora Bora history.

We have gone on many excursions all over the world and this was our best yet. We saw manta rays, sting Ray, turtles, sharks, beautiful coral gardens and a tour of the island. It was incredible. I’m sure it can’t be fumigated every time based on where the sea life roams. But our tour guide did an amazing job and knows the Islands very well. We loved it

We had the best time ! We had two snorkeling adventures. First, we swam with sharks and sting rays. Second we saw the beautiful coral garden. Our captain Ed was amazing. He serenaded us with traditional music while playing his eukelele while we swam. He also let our boys steer the boat which absolutely made their day. Couldn’t recommend more !

Amazing guide that treated us like family. He took great care in talking about the history of the island, his family and it was clear he loved what he does. Along the way, we were surprised by a pod of dolphins - which is apparently rare - many rays, a swarm of about 20 black tipped sharks and - on the way back to the resort - a turtle surfaced! It was a leisurely, gorgeous ride - just for us. Highli recommend!
