This was a scam. They never contacted me to book my trip. They attempted to change the time of my confirmed reservation from 1pm to 8:30am and took our money. Don’t book this trip.

We do not scam people, we have 1000s of 5 star reviews on Viator and do whatever we can to remedy issues on the rare occasions they appear. We try our hardest and go above and beyond what most companies would do.
