    Staff was very considerate. We were with an infant so allowed us to sit inside in waiting room, helped us with stroller to carry inside. Instructions were clear and tour was meeting expectation. Highly recommended to see the city at night from a river. Do come early as the queue gets long.

    Great trip at a very reasonable cost. Great photo opportunities. You will see all you need to see, lit up beautifully.

    I advise getting there early, the queue was massive and we couldn’t get upstairs or near the window downstairs, so had to keep getting up if we wanted photos. The sights light up were really good to see and for £12 it wasn’t breaking the bank

    It was a reasonably price boat ride. As other reviews described, it is noisy, you need to get there early if you hope to sit on top deck. You need to remember to download audio guide. For April when booking, decide if you want to see sunset behind castle or Parliament lights later. Then, book accordingly.

    The cruise was ok but I wouldn’t recommend it. The boat was crowded and very noisy. The first half felt rushed and then we had to slow down significantly to not return early.

    Its was too crowded and u need to go 1 hour before to get good seat. Even more, people used to get up and you could not take decent pics. We started lated not as 9pm as scheduled but it was okay.

    If you’re tour is done and awaiting dinner, this is a good option to spend your downtime. No voice annotation while cruising so enjoy the view and picture taking

    Too expensive Should have no river cruise option as I already did the cruise the night before Couldn’t find the stop at Keteli I asked several people and no one knew. It was not clearly marked and I had to walk to Astoria to catch thentour

    Everything was perfect! We totally recommend to cupples and friends. There are some cheap option on the menu on board and you need to be there 30 minutes earlier

    We turned up 20 mins early and there already was a queue of about 100 people so we were worried we were going to get bad seats… which we didn’t. Had a great view of all of Budapests lit buildings at night & the staff member with the beard was very informative, explaining what some of the buildings were and their history. Would highly recommend.
    Poor street personnel and overcrowded boats. Too long to wait for first group boat to board while second boat was empty

    Having to wait out in the cold windy night with 27 F degrees a long line when they could have let us on the boat earlier. Stagger start times for night cruise with dinner and the just night cruise sight seers so the second group doesn’t have to wait on the first group to finally show up and be completely boarded first before boarding the second boat. Very inefficient and inconvenient. IE., use staggered start times for the two groups.

    It was fine, but you need to come really early to take a good seats to have a good view from cruise. There is a lot of people waiting in line. We came 35 minutes earlier and there was a big line.

    Not enough seating inside in the warm! Frozen solid. Views were spectacular though. When I did eventually get a seat downstairs nowhere near a window, most people didn't get a seat downstairs and you couldn't actually see through the windows for the reflections..

    Lovely night trip down river. Had previously done the day trip with another boat,but this one went way past Liberty bridge and we got to see the National theatre & Ludwig Museum.

    Views from boat magnificent but no audio hence you did not know what you were looking at. Was told company is looking into an audio commentary ???

    Seeing the buildings lit up at night was beautiful. It would have been a more enjoyable experience, if you were able to board prior to sailing time. We weren't able to board until 7 pm, which is when the cruise was to start. There was also no real line and people were able to save spots for large groups with no penalty.
