What To Expect

Begin your evening in the city center at an easy-to-find port. Head to the upper deck for fresh air or take a seat by the large viewing windows of the deck down below.

As you take off along the water, you can take advantage of any drinks packages you have purchased—such as Hungarian wine, cocktails, bottomless prosecco, or even an open bar with beer and wine. Alternatively, drinks are available to purchase at the bar for passengers without a drinks package.

As you relax on the boat, listen to live music as you look out to enjoy the view of Budapest’s panorama. See the majestic domes of the Gellért Baths, the Parliament Building, and the regal glow of the Royal Palace. Snap some photos as you sail under the Chain Bridge, and spot additional landmarks like the arcade of Fisherman’s Bastion and the Citadel.

Then make your final toast as the boat returns to land at its original departure point.

Enjoyable cruise. Recommend. We arrived c 6.30 for a 7pm cruise but we didn’t leave until 7.30. No commentary so not sure what buildings were what exactly but nice cruise, dancing in main cabin and music were fun. Drinks reasonable on board. Took about an hour , maybe got back at 8,45

I booked this package months in advance of taking our trip. We signed up for the Cocktail & Cruise package which consisted of a Welcome Drink + 2 cocktails or 3 draft beers. They description described that they offered craft beer. After arriving we attempted to redeem one of our 3 beer vouchers for a beer and were told we could only redeem them for the lager and no other beers on the list. This was very disappointing. We expected to try the different craft beers that were available and were told that wasn't an option, the vouchers only gave us access to one beer type. We were also seated at a center table on the bottom floor of the boat. It did not allow for good pictures of the shoreline so we walked up to one of the higher floors and found them very crowded. Highly disappointed all around.

Nice ship and staff but v badly managed. Promised as a 2 hour cruise but started late. Was barely 90 minutes and went v slowly a short distance. Dull experience

Thank you for your feedback! Our ship leaves the port at 19.15 and arrives back at 20.45. Until then, we take a sightseeing tour of Budapest under our 6 bridges. The ship was on the Danube for 1 hour and 30 minutes. We are very sorry if you did not like our program! We try to do our best to make all our guests feel good with us!

Good experience, poor communication

This was exactly what we expected, and good value. The only issue we had was that we weren’t told they changed the pier they were using and if we hadn’t asked at the next pier along we would have missed the whole thing.

Slow boat, crowded, ineffective service unless you are a big group ordering extra drinks. Red wine was second / third rate. Don't bother buying the ticket with the additional drink included -- you are better off ordering the second drink from the menu. Better yet, choose another boat.
