Quaint boat, lovely staff, easily got a seat outside on lovely little tables. Blankets if you got chilly or you could go inside where it was toasty warm. It felt like an intimate candlelit journey. 1hr was perfect and the sights were beautiful lit up. We took the 9pm sailing

Excellent boat, organisation is top-notch. My advice is to arrive early to save a seat outside (for a night tour), although inside the view was fantastic as well 🫡

Absolute worth it! We went for the night cruise and it was the best way to end our time in budapest. Staff were very attentive and kept everything clean. Provided blankets for the cold and ship was very comfortable.

Lovely experience

The cruise overall was beautiful and I recommend going at night to see the city illuminated. Staff are very attentive and friendly, plus the drinks were fantastic ! Cruise was comfy and spacious. If you are going outside in the winter make sure to wrap up as it was freezing. Only critique was that we did not know we had to share seating with other people on the cruise. Would have preferred to sit by ourselves. Overall, great time!

Relaxing cruise

Really easy to find the dock and was welcomed onto the boat with a glass of champagne. Good range of drinks available to order after that. The waitress came around twice for orders and you could go up to the bar if needed. I had quite a quiet cruise that wasn't very full so it was very relaxing. I stayed downstairs in the warm and I could take photos through the windows, then went upstairs for a few minutes while sailing past the parliament

Nonexistent or discriminating service

Boat itself was fine. Smaller than others, and not too many people on top of the boat since it was cold. Service was terrible. They seated me on middle table without the table. There were other empty middle sections of same size and they just placed me in the one without the table. Which they said they will bring the table. But did NOT bring it until I asked. (Oh, and it was taken away later in the tour. WTF?) Also, server went around the tables and asked if they want to order something else. She DID NOT ATTEND MY TABLE. I saw her stopping by every single one and didn't attend my table or look. I received no service during the cruise. The one and only Negative experience in my time in Budapest. That's why I stayed up at the top of the boat for half of the time. Service was NONEXISTENT. I should get that much money back. I want to give Negative stars.

On our cruises, we offer blankets to keep our guests warm on the open-air panorama deck, and we also have a heated enclosed deck with a ship bar for added comfort. There was no audio on what we were seeing. A paper with a list, with no description, was on the table. The main objective of having us on board was to sell drinks. Very disappointing! Our cab ride from the hotel was the only highlight of the evening.
