Andrew's excellent knowledge of the food and Hungarian culture made this a superb tour. He stopped at various stalls for us to savour traditional food, and paid particular note to the ingredients as I am vegan. Thank you Andrew ❤
Not worth it

The host Andrew was very friendly and quite patient as we arrived about 20 minutes late for the tour. That being said there is absolutely no way this was worth $58 per person. We literally only walked around the indoor market and only tried 3 or 4 items. We have traveled extensively and always do a food tour and I must admit this was the most disappointing of them all. I definitely would not recommed this as a food tour to anyone. Save your money and go to the market on your own and try all the food you want.

Andrew, the tour guide was wonderful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure listening to him and exchanging questions & answers. The tour itself was good although it would’ve been nice to explore establishments outside of it. I realize that that is not the nature of this tour.

This tour was fantastic. Andrew, who led the tour, told us so much about the market and the food we were given to try as well as telling us about Hungarian traditions. We would recommend this tour to anyone interested in typical Hungarian food who wants to know more. Well worth the money, an experience not to be missed.
