Loved the comfort and well guided trip. I am glad we booked this trip and managed to see these beautiful landscapes hassle free. One recommendation is that since Moraine lake was still not open, it should be mentioned upfront in to tour information. We did not realize it until we met our tour guide. Having said that, overall we had an amazing experience.

Habib was our guide for...

Habib was our guide for this trip. He is an extremely good person who ensured we are taken care of at each step. He is very timely and gave a good description of the areas we have visited. He also took us around Norway Point and Secret Point. Each part of this trip was amazing starting with Lake Louise, Norway Point, Lake Minnewanka, Banff Village View, Banff Avenue and also Waterfalls. He also took pictures with breathtaking views in the background.

Not enough time in Banff village. Missed all the deer on the sides of the road, he drove right passed them and didn't stop he said he's watch8ng the road not the deer He took us to see the ski hill when neither of us tour people ski or cared to see it. He was upset and felt I was in a rush to leave when in fact I was going by the amount of time the tour was supposed to take, I had other obligations for the day. He kept my shoe spikes they were no longer in the backseat where I left them and most concerning was he was on the phone driving from Banff to Calgary city. He asked me if I was ok with it...it's illegal you don't need to ask me. Wish I didn't spend my money on this tour.

Thank you for being with us. We pay special attention to all travelers and their requests and needs, your comment is not accurate, you expected me to stop in the middle of the street to see a deer when it is illegal to stop on that part of the street and there were many cars behind me. They were coming. We expected you to write about the good experiences you had because you said you enjoyed the tour. You also informed about waiting for your children at home and said that the tour should be 8 hours and you asked the other passenger that you can return home earlier and on the way back when you requested me to take you to your home instead of downtown and because your residence was very far away, it was not possible, we did not agree. so this issue should not upset you because taking the guests to their home was not part of the tour. We only pick up- drop off in downtown and airport area. Best regards

Knowledgeable guide, incredible experience

Our host, Habib, truly made this trip incredibly special. He had a deep love for this part of the world and it showed in how he described the features of the area and his explanations down to the First Nation names for places. We were able to stop at hot springs instead of more hiking, which was a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend!

Winter Wonderland

So glad we booked this trip. Very comfortable transportation throughout, given interesting facts along the way. No stop was rushed plenty time to observe the beautiful winter wonderland and take plenty photos. Highly recommend this trip to anyone, you seriously won’t be disappointed.

Cusomised family tour of Lake louise and Banff with professional photoshoots.

Habib delivered above and beyond all our expectations. He had intricate knowledge of the area and showed us all the best places. Also, he took professional-like photos of us on our tour. Habib customised our tour for our needs and wants, and coffee stops whenever needed. We started at Lake Louise working with a running commentary back to Banff with hiking trails along the way. The picture is our gala dinner at the end of our tour. Habib is on the right.

I enjoyed the trip; the schedule is great, and it covered all the classic vista points, including Lake Louise, Johnston Canyon, Banff Avenue, and Bow Falls. In the meantime, you don’t feel rushed anywhere. It’s a very well-organized trip. The tour guide, Habib, is very nice.

This tour was amazing from start to finish!! Habib was very communicative and attentive throughout the tour. We also got to see a lot and got great pictures thanks to Habib's amazing photography skills and creative photo ideas. There were a total of 3 people on this tour compared to other available tours that includes dozens of guests. If you're thinking about a tour to the Canadian Rockies and Banff, look no further!! You won't be disappointed with your decision to book with Habib.

Spectacular Day Trip and Wonderful Guide

Had a magical day trip touring the spectacular sights of Lake Louise, Banff, Johnston Canyon, Bow Falls and Mount Norquay Lookout. You really have to see it to appreciate the incredible beauty of this area. Habib was our guide and driver, he was very informative and made the day so wonderful with all his knowledge and passion of the areas and sights and his love of nature and travel. He was very kind and a great photographer too, taking countless wonderful photos for each of the 5 guests. This tour is great value for money and felt so luxurious being a small group with great attention to detail and the groups needs. The tour was timed perfectly to appreciate the stunning beauty of each site and maximise the day and sites visited. We were all picked up and dropped back at our separate accommodations in Calgary which made this tour super convenient too. Thankyou Habib for making this such a spectacular and fun day.

Affordable. Banff Town and Hotel food sucks

My favourite part of this day trip tour was Lake Louise. It was magnificent and beautiful. I got to touch the ice cold water. Still picturesque even covered in snow. I just did not like the food at the hotel beside Lake Louise because their butter croissants were salty and overpriced. We headed next to Johnston Canyon to see the waterfalls. It would've been a better experience if there were lesser people, especially in the small cave closer to the lowest part of the falls. Next we went to the Banff downtown. I didn't enjoy it too because there were still lots of tourists. Not a ski fan.The food sucked and I do not recommend buying food there because the Classic Beaver Tails I had tasted gross and smelled old, just like the old creepy mall that reeked off vape and maple syrup. Then we went to see Bow Falls. It was okay and still lots of people with their annoying kids. Norquay overlooking the lakes and Banff down town was okay and calmer too but could've been better. I feel that the trip is okay for first timers because it is affordable. The tour operator Habib was nice and lend us some elastic spikes for the shoes when we went to Johnston Canyon but it would've been better if he already offered and informed group the option of wearing elastic spikes at Lake Louise because my partner slipped on his butt when he tried to step on a rock near water. I also believe he needs to be more informative and talk more about his knowledge of Canada to the group and not just to the one person next to driver seat.

Regarding the part where your husband slipped on a rock that covered by snow and fell, this is a matter of personal attention. Even if you have spikes on your feet, but you step on slippery rocks, there is a high chance of slipping and falling. This one day Banff tour was perfect for a small group like ours. Our tour guide, Habib, took excellent care of our needs, was attentive and took great care to deliver an enjoyable and memorable experience. I would highly recommend this tour if you are short on time and if you are travelling in a smaller group. Travelling as a family (parents and sibling) we felt comfortable and safe with Habib. And the best part was that we were able to see many of the beautiful places that's a must when in Banff.

The tour was amazing. Very well planned, careful driver. I liked that in the group, we were just 4, and it gave great flexibility. The one thing that can be improved, it would be interesting to hear more info about the mountains or Banff. But I had a great time, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Small group adventure

We had a less experienced guide, more of a chauffer from place to place experience. What he lacked in area knowledge he made up for in enthusiasm. He was flexible with timing and stops, and brought us to some of his favorite spots. We were in a small SUV with a total of 4 guests in 2 parties. Luckily, I had a child to put in the middle seat, had it been all adults, that could have been uncomfortable. All in all, way easier than trying to navigate the park transit with my kiddo to see all the sites!
