We had a wonderful guide called Vikram who was polite and friendly and very accommodating
He showed us the sights and gave us plenty of time to appreciate the beauty of the Banff National Park
He went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our day out
The sights are stunning but it so important to have a great guide with you

The Guide Domini is amazing. He is so patient and showed us multiple spots. He organized the tour nicely and got us back in time.

It was so exciting to see deers when we were on Banff trail. The driver drove slowly and carefully and let us took pictures for them. So amazing.

I would say the speed of the bus is not too fast or too slow. The driver also reminded us to take care of the steps and being cautious for the slippery floor. I appreciate that.

Hygiene is everything for me. I really enjoy this Banff tour as I found the interior of the bus is clean. There is no garbage on the floor or the seats and this is what I want.
