Stress Free Adventure

We had an awesome time on this tour. All of the stress of planning, parking and even where to go for lunch was taken care of. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made sure to check on each group to see if she could answer any questions or take pictures for us. I highly recommend this tour especially since you are no longer able to drive your personal vehicle to Moraine Lake this season due to high demand (you must take a bus or a tour). Also, the parking at Lake Louise is limited and from what we were told, you have to get there very early in the morning to secure a spot. This tour made everything so easy and we were able to enjoy the adventure stress free.

We really enjoyed our tour, Caroline was an awesome tour guide, very sweet and accommodating!! The only reason I gave the experience 4 stars was the weather didn’t cooperate, which is God’s decision and no one’s fault. I just wish it had been sunny. But Even in the rain and cold, Caroline made it fun! Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see these beautiful lakes! And by the way even in the rain and fog, it was absolutely beautiful.

So, let me start off by saying that I am very grateful that I got the chance to see Lake Louise and that we made it there without incident. Lake Louise was absolutely stunning and we would not have been able to see it without the tour. Now why I’m a bit disappointed. First the instructions for pickup were very limited. The only thing that was given was the name and address of the hotel. No specific location. We went inside and asked the front desk where the van usually picks up people for the tour and they had no idea. I was able to message the tour guide and he told us one thing while my husband contacted Viator who told us another. We were a group of 4, so 2 of us waited in the lobby and two outside in the back parking lot. After a few mishaps our tour guide found us. When we booked the tour the description said that the van/bus would be air conditioned. No air conditioning, just a big fan that blew hot air and every window in the van/bus was open. The tour was full and it was a long drive with traffic to our destination. Lastly, the tour guide was not very knowledgeable about the area and was very hard to understand but tried really hard. Most of the people fell asleep on the way there and on the way back due to the heat and lack of interaction with the tour guide. For a 4 hour tour I thought that was strange. Also, the description of the tour said that we would receive two bottles of water per person. No water was offered and when I finally asked the tour guide he did give us one but it was hot as it was just kept in the overhead compartment in the van/bus. I am not usually a complainer but the description on Viator was way off for this tour and like I said was disappointed. However, the driver who did not speak any English did a great job driving and the tour guide did try and Lake Louise was amazing!

Our tour or shuttle service has a designed schedule, and it can be impacted by the traffic and road condition, which has been advised on the product listing. Unfortunately, the parking location or parking time selection is purely customer personal choice, and is not part of our tour responsibility. To my understanding, our tour guide had kindly helped to contact the local parking authority after she knew your parking ticket, and it's not supposed to be part of her job. Hope above makes sense.
