I was traveling with friends and found this itinerary on Viator. Melody, the tour operator, was extremely helpful and accommodating. She didn’t hesitate to pick us up from our hotel that was not listed as a meeting point when I asked her if it was possible. The attractions covered were wonderful and our tour director Elizabeth was great! Highly recommend if visiting Banff!
