    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

    The adventure was canceled I’ll be expecting a refund from them. They didn’t even inform us it was canceled. We had to call they after they had us sitting outside waiting for them

We did notify you the night before, as soon as we received information from the Port Authority about the port closure due to bad weather conditions. Additionally, we reconfirmed the cancellation of your tour in the morning when you reached out via phone call and the Viator message system. Your reservation was cancelled, and a full refund was processed on the same day. We understand how disappointing this must have been for you, and we truly apologize but please understand that the safety and well-being of our guests are our top priorities, and such decisions are made solely based on weather conditions, which are beyond our control.     Amazing experience. Friendly staff. Prompt service. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. We did all three - jet ski, parasail, and snorkel 4 spots. Had a blast!
