The entire process was great! After booking, I had some questions and sent a message. The tour operators responded promptly and answered all the questions we had. We took a bus from our hotel to the marina with no problem. It was the first time jet skiing for wife, my 16 year-old son, and myself. Danny, our tour guide, explained everything well and took us on a great trip. The ride out to the snorkeling was a little rough as we did go through some open ocean. It took about 45 minutes getting out and then we snorkeled for about 30 minutes. Saw lots of fish and some underwater sculptures. Then got back on the jet skis for the ride back. We rode closer to the land so the ride wasn’t as rough. And Danny took us for a fun ride back as we hit high speeds with some twists and turns. It was awesome and it was my son’s favorite part of the trip. I highly recommend this tour!

The jet ski was kinda old and only went up to 60 which is still pretty fast. I accidentally scheduled the wrong date and we had to pay the price again. Then the guy told us we had to pay a docking fee. To top it all off we only went jet ski and we didn’t get the snorkeling as promised. If y’all do go ask for Danny he’s a good instructor and fun just unfortunately this company is a scam

Hello. You book for one day and you never let us know. The information of the docking fee its in the description of the page, we recomend all the clients to read the information before booking, because later you didnt read the informattion and you are mad because of that. We didnt went to the reef becasue your mother and father didint want to went there Also you were angry with us because one restuarant in isla mujeres charge you to much and us we dont have nothing with any restaurant

We took the local bus from Sunset Royal to Marina Del Rey. Smooth and easy check in. You have to pay 15usd each for taxes. Give you you locker key. Give you quick instructions for the jetski. Danny wast great his fast and slow it depends on the area. We saw 2 crocodiles and 3 iguanas.

I jet ski a lot, the jet skis they put you on are old and not very fast. Also in stead of taking time they rush you and at the end end they ask you for a tip. They also ask you for a docking fee that Viator does not put in there description. Don’t waste your money here. Really poor experience

Danny was great! We couldn’t snorkel because of the conditions, but that just meant more Jetskis!!! My husband had never been before and Danny was great with him. It’s more of a tour to see wildlife and is not intended to be a thrill seeking type of ride, but there was some time to mess around. It was great. Highly recommend.

Fun but questionable safety

The jetski itself was great and we had a lot of fun. This being said, we could’ve had just as much fun at another jetski place. The snorkeling part was cancelled due to poor visibilty and we weren’t compensated otherwise. We just got to ride the jetski for the 2 hours instead. The guide didn’t understand english. He had learned the things he needed to say, but any questions about safety he couldn’t answer, he just smiled and nodded. At one point, one of us got left behind and the guide didn’t notice it, so my friend was left on his own trying to find us again on the open sea. Which means the guide wouldn’t have noticed it either, if something had happened. This part we feel like wasn’t okay. Safety should be the top priority.

This was an excellent activity. I love jet skiing and my friends and u had a blast! Unfortunately the weather was too rough for snorkeling so they accommodated us with more jet skiing which was so special. Daniel, our guide, was super awesome too. Riding fast, fun and beautiful experience

10/10 so much fun!! From arriving we were kindly greeted and given all the safety rules to make it a safe and successful experience. Danny was our guide and he took us through the jungle area at a slow cruise. It is a mix of driving fast and a little of some slow in certain areas. The snorkeling area was fun and Danny kept an eye on us that we stayed where no boats cross into the area since we were looking down and drifting with the water. We had so much fun and will do this again when we come back to Cancun! Our favorite part was driving fast through the ocean side of the waters with the turquoise, crystal blue water beneath us.

Don’t book they will threaten you with every fee they can just because your a foreigner. They don’t use sterrill equipment and there skis already have water damage. This business are full of scammers and people trying to take your money . Not once did I feel safe or welll assured don’t be back

Hello. The only tax you have to pay it’s the 15 usd per person for the docking fee it’s a tax for the government in all the marinas in Cancún. The snorkel tube it’s new for all the clients. The Jetskis are in a good condition. We have more than 15 years and we always trying to make good experience for the clients. The situation its you want 2 jetskis and you book only one jetski but all the information of the price and the tax it’s in the website. We really sorry you didn’t have a good time, but we can’t do more if you didn’t read the descriptions of the tour in the website. Also we are always asking all the clients his own opinions about the tour and how they fell like we did with you.

Not good for beginners

Trip was very fun and the snorkeling was fun i did not like the tour guide was maybe 2 miles ahead of us leaving us in the ocean by ourselves in case of an emergency. Not a good experience for people first trying jet skiing as they demand u to go fast to get to the snorkeling location and the guide does not ride with u as he should.
