Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen The pick up time is set acording to your location, pick up start at 7:30 am and depending on the location the pick up time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service If the Customer wants to arrive at the marina by it's own, they need to take in mind that the parking near the marina is limited. They would have to arrive early in order to find a near parking spot.

  • If you are in a Hotel passing Puerto Aventurasto Tulum it will not be possible to pick you up
  • Wear comfortable clothes, bring your swimsuit, towels and extra change of clothes.
  • Use biodegradable sunscreen and sunglasses.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Needs to have improved scheduling and communication

A great party boat, but it was not such a great snorkeling experience. The time on the island was nice, but we didn't have much time at the beach. The "free time" in the town was not well organized or communicated by our guide and we missed the boat coming back from the island. Had to take the ferry and a taxi back to our hotel.
