Smart Hotel by Oasis at Cancun, Coco-bongo bar at Playa Del Carmen. Take into consideration that the journey to Chichen Itza is 6 hours both ways The operation department will set the pickup time according to your location. The travelers that don't provide a site will need to contact us to inform us where they will be staying; otherwise, we will not be able to provide the service. If our operation department provides all the information to the customer and they don't shop at the pickup, they will apply for a no refund.
