Unsafe chaotic mess of a tour.

Would not recommend. Our tour company was unaware of the transfer we purchased through Viater, despite me reaching out twice. We had to purchase cab ride to make it to the dock. We arrived an hour late, and had to wait another hour to board the boat. The boat was not the big beautiful catamaran in the photo. The snorkeling happened after the crew had been serving alcohol for about 2.5 hours. We weren't given fins, and the water was rough. It was very unsafe conditions, and one man barely made it back to the boat. The two locations we visited in Isla were absolutely jammed with shoulder to shoulder people. The boat was over an hour late to pick us up from our last stop. The sunset sail back to Cancun happened in pitch black night. The crew was nice, but it was an absolute chaos filled day. I regret giving up a beautiful day at our resort. Whatever boat and cove in the photo, isn't what we got.

Not much snorkling for snorkle tour.

I booked this tour becuase I wanted to snorkle in the area. That part of the trip was VERY rushed!!! No time to actully float & look at fish. All we heard was "Follow me!! Follow me!!" Basicall a swimming race to the white pole. The town is unremarkable. If you want to sail, book a strictly sailing tour.

I booked for my parents and their friends, a total of 6 adults. The pick up from the hotel was smooth, but from the time they got on the boat to the end of the tour was not good. They only got to stay at the island for lunch and didn't get time to walk around. They were forced to buy bracelets which they were told were needed to get on the boat. They did not get their photos taken, but those who got the photos taken were forced to purchase the pictures... which led to an hour waiting before they were able to leave the catamaran. My parents mentioned that they were at the port, but they did not dock the boat until all the people purchase the pictures... So a lot of hours were wasted for sales instead of enjoying the time at the destinations...

Booze cruise in disguise

First off we were told to be at the dock and ready by 10 am. We didn't leave on the boat until 11:00. We sat around waiting the first hour. Second off, we weren't told until on the boat on the way to Isla Mujeres that we weren't touring the Isla unless we paid an extra $75 EACH to book a golf cart to drive around. We didn't like that hidden aspect. Also the crew was giving out lots of alcohol to these people BEFORE they were supposed to drive said carts. Third, when we were dropped on the Isla, we were brought to an incredibly busy, touristy area. We were hounded left and right to buy things when we wanted to just see the beautiful island. We ended up sitting by the dock for two hours just waiting for our tour to come back. Fourth, we were taken to the private beach/dinner, the only food offered that day. The food was just okay. We went to sit by the beach after but they had hardly any seating for all the people there. We ended up not being able to sit on the beach. Not relaxing at all. Fifth, there was no snorkeling offered. It was said when I booked that we would get to snorkel a reef. NOT A WORD mentioned about it. If they hadn't dropped anchor for 15 minutes, we wouldn't have even gotten to swim. SOOOOO disappointing. Overall this was just a booze cruise. The 20 somethings on the boat had a blast and im so glad they did. But we were miserable. Totally not what was advertised and a waste of our vacation day and money.

Catamaran Excursion

The catamaran ride, staff, and buffet were excellent!! The hotel pick up was an extra hour long each way because of the multiple pickup of others. There is not much to do on Isles Mujeres. We've done many catamaran excursions in other countries.

Poor transportation

The driver was 45 minutes late at pickup location. Sailing, captain, staff and adventure was great! The return trip was horrible as we waited over an hour before our driver left. Transportation was an overall zero rating.

Great trip

Worth every penny. We had struggles with other tour companies saying that they can not pick us up at the Hilton Garden Inn Airport Cancun even though I paid for pick up service. But this company delivered. They picked us up, the crew on board was great, the view amazing, food at the buffet was good, and the went well. Just make sure you are on time and all is good. Highly recommended.
