    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

    We had a 2hour plus wait and this worth the cost for a comfortable seat, beverage service, private bathrooms, charging stations, and TVs to watch while waiting for our flight.

    We booked this because it advertised a smoking area. When we arrived we were told we needed to pay extra to use the smoking area at the Guy Fieri restaurant. When we went there we were told we could not use the smoking area because it was reserved for families. A waste of money.

    The food selection was turkey sandwich little to no meat or cheese, almost all cold food buffet mainly salad. Only two bathrooms per male/female for over a lot of folks. Unless you are a big drinker I would say get. hot meal at restaurants with way way more selections.

    More relaxing, good experience. Food and drink were great and they were able to have food for guests with food allergies. This was a live saver - last minute reservation due to 3 hr flight delay Over crowded and children unruly

    The lounge was clean and beautiful. The food was good. Fresh food was replenished frequently. Areas were cleaned frequently. We had top shelf liquor. Bartenders were friendly and made good drinks. I will definitely book the vip lounge the next time I am in Cancun!

    It’s a great experience to get out of the crowd fully beautiful inside quiet, lounge and meet people. The food is great everything is pristine clean. The bartenders are amazing there. It’s literally so chaotic in that AIRPORT being at the lounge is just phenomenal if I could have I would’ve stayed in the lounge longer

    This is my second time going as my first time wasn’t a good experience so I wanted to try it again! It was PERFECT!!! The breakfast food and coffee was good and loved their mixed drinks as well. Was able to relax, charge my phone before boarding to go back home. Will go back.

    There were two women at the entrance. The First Lady immediately turned people away and said there was a waitlist. When I showed her that I had a confirmation she told me she didn’t know what I was referring to and then she sent me to the other lady who confirmed our reservations and let us in. The Second Lady who helped lead us to our spot and told us about the food and beverages. The food was great and there was free wine and other spirits. Very cozy for a two hour wait. We are glad we chose to use the VIP ROOM vs waiting in the airport area it was extremely busy and very loud.

    Great lounge, shocking flight information

    The lounge itself was great, friendly staff, decent food and drink selection and peaceful but... My airline app had said the flight was delayed an hour, flightstats said even longer yet the screen in the lounge told me it was boarding... So I had to go down to the gate and then sit there for over an hour when I could have been in the lounge. So I'll be honest I feel cheated out of an hour that I'd paid for in the lounge. So if the lounge could have up to date flight information to allow paying guests to maximise their time it'd be much better
