We offer pick up and drop off in hotels in Cancún and Riviera Maya, if your hotel is not listed please send us the information of your hotel to organize the pick up . For people staying at Cancún Downtown, the meeting point is at Oasis Smart Hotel. For pepole staying at Playa del Carmen, the meting point is at Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen.

This was a fabulous excursion. Our guide Fernando was fun and attentive. The only downside for us was the short amount of time on the Island. If you want to have time to go to North Beach as well as explore the town, this tour doesn't allow enough time for it.

Took 4 tries to gety pick up time for the tour. They called 15 mins after I boarded the buss and said they were 15 min out. Do not book. Small old catamaran, weird dock fee Captain Scooby Doo was definitely around of himself. A previously opened grocery store coffee cake round was served😱 that was it. 10 mins from the dick you stop to snorkel with 20 other boats and litera6 himdres if people. A few fish grass and some concrete peace statues. Crew sent one poor gentman back as they thought he could swim!?! We had life vests on and a life ring floaties. Lunch on Isla Mujeres was ok busy tourist trap spit with a buffet. Iska Murejes is definitely transformed to pure tourist hell. Rented a golf cart to see basically nothing. Not great!

The worst cruise ever, this boat is small and only suitable for 20 people, they lie about the boat can fit 50 people, we could not move, no DJ, no music, then we connected our blue tooth, the WiFi not working, false averting, I need my money back, we didn’t get to snorkeling, when they agree to take us to h the area. Please pay me my money back.

There weren’t no memorable moments on this boat, After paying online fee, they charged us and $47 for taxes per person , we didn’t do anything that we were supposed to do, only giving us drinks. This was not a party boat, we could not move around, and dance and socialize with our friends and family, please do not use this service.

I booked this excursion because after reading the fine print of the many catamaran excursions to Isla Mujeres from Cancun available through Viator, this one had the best reviews for an all inclusive price. However, the day before the excursion, when we went to print our vouchers, we found that the tour operator had added a dock fee, payable in cash for $50/person. This added $300 to the total cost of the excursion. $900 for six people, $300 of which was the added dock fee, makes this tour operator one of the most expensive tours to Isla Mujeres. in addition, my team reported that food and drink being less that great for that price.

The guys from Joya and their crew are the best, buuut this company called viator make it easy fot you to book a trip and give you an agent to chat with. But their agents either are stupid euither are told by their company to tell false price of the trip. After asking the agent multiple times the full price of the trip he told me one price, i agreed to that price. So when the free cancelation period expires, they send you an email for you to pay triple more money of the price that the agent tells you!!! Terrible company, full of fraud and scam. This was so much fun especially our guide named Fernando. He was amazing and made this experience unforgettable. I booked this a day before a last minute thing, the price was so worth it as well. The food was amazing, the staff was so welcoming and great, I absolutely have nothing bad to say. If you’re looking to have fun I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much.

The most memorable part of the experience was the cruise on the water. The part that I didn’t like was the discrepancy in the amounts. We paid 100.00 through the app and then had to pay another $100 at the port. The buffet was NOT what we expected and the food was no good. I don’t feel like we got our money’s worth for this tour. Definitely won’t book again.
