Need to stick to advertised timing

We signed up for a tour starting at 6:30 in the morning. The pickup was changed to 8 am, and they did not finish picking up people until almost 10 am. At 2 pm, we were still not offered lunch. By the time we get to Playa Del Carmen it was so dark we cannot really see much. Pretty disappointed.

Hello Yizhong we are thankfull for your comments, the time of 6:30 its a standar pick up time and for your hotel it was 7:55 am, in cancun we have not pick ups for more than 8:20 am at 10am we are almost pass playa del carmen in our way to Tulum thats why you thought that we Still picking up people, our tour its about to visit Tulum and Coba in adition to Playa Del Carmen 5th Avenue and we apretiate your comments about the Time you get there, we are sure that your opinion contributes a lot to us to keep pushing in order to get better. Than you so much!
