Dave was an incredible guide. He coordinated everything with me beforehand and thankfully he was able to adjust a change in pick-up location.
As a solo petite female traveller, I felt very safe and taken care of on this tour. The drive to the safari was a beautiful drive through the mountains and Dave made sure to explain all the surroundings around me. The vineyards, the baboons, the townships etc. He was also very keen on the fact that I did have a late night the night before so when I needed to nap for a bit, I didn't feel awkward sleeping while he drove. It really felt like a road trip with a close friend.
The Game Reserve was a beautiful resort and because we arrived early, he suggested that I had time to get a massage at the spa, which was perfect and the lunch was delicious.
Dave definitely knew everyone at the reserve so I truly felt like I was a VIP.
The private safari was INCREDIBLE and I got photos that were so close to the animals, it was a once in a lifetime experience.
I would highly recommend this tour with Dave, he's a new friend I have found in Cape Town.

having the elephants come up to us and putting their nose on the car was pretty fun and I did not expect us to be that close to them

The drive from capetown is long but he kept us entertained with relevant information. We were able to customize the stops to our liking

It was extremely special sharing a safari with our family from the UK 🇬🇧 our guide was amazing and spent time explaining why the animals are doing what they do etc. An extra bonus was I bumped into my primary school buddy who I haven't seen for 40 years. Really special day all round.

If you're looking for an excellent day trip from Cape Town then this one should be on your shortlist. Our guide Werner was excellent, very knowledgeable and a very friendly and likeable chap. The scenery for the drive to the reserve is great and the lunch and safari were both very good. All in all a great day at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Every age would enjoy this Tour!
Picked up on time in front of hotel.
Enjoyable ride to Reserve and greeted with refreshing glasses of wine.
Buffet Lunch had something for everyone.
Watching a male and two female lions walk beside the vehicle was amazing. We spotted all but The Leapord.
Everyone was outstanding! I must give Kudos to our fabulous, funny, educational and extremely kind Van driver / tour guide.

Huh this was an amazing experience. Not my first time at a safari however, from the drive to the safari. Our personal transportation guide Mike was amazing. Getting to the Safari the lunch was delicious. Our tour guide through the Safari Anwar was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and made sure to get us as close to the animals as possible. Would definitely come again.
