If you are from a Cruise ship you have to go to zone 1 at the pier where our staff will be waiting for you with a sign with your name then you will walk about 10 minutes to take the car and your tour guide..

Our guide Felipe was very personable and extremely knowledgeable and when I wanted to stop at the chocolate shop, we did. Our driver knew the ways to bypass the city traffic to get to where we needed to go overall a very good trip.

Cesar was excellent as a tour guide

Cesar was an excellent guide and so proud of his city. Our stops included: the convent/monastery, the fort, old town, shopping and a terrific restaurant. Me and my friend asked for lunch and told Cesar we’d pay. He chose a phenomenal restaurant. A shout out to our driver, as well. Very conscientious and patient. Our vehicle was brand new and spotless!

Over Priced - Not Worth It

I think it was way over priced and we spent a lot of time in traffic. I think people should just book the Walled City Tour as the add ons are here are not required and are way over priced.

I want to publicly express my disagreement with your rating due to the following: Your reservation, which was made on December 29, was selected for the afternoon of this day. We completed the entire itinerary, we visited the Popa monastery, San Felipe Fortress and the walled city. You had one of our best bilingual guides in the city, also with a spacious, comfortable and high-end SUV. The Tour took place between 2:15 (as you requested) until 6:30 pm. Initially it was for 1:30 and you asked us to change the time to 2:15, which we agreed to without any problems, we are very flexible with our experiences. We are not responsible for the Traffic of the City and we always do our best to give an excellent service. According to your comment , our service is not over priced . It’s the best experience in Cartagena to know the City. I really sorry that you have had a bad traffic (which is normal on the last days of the Year). Best regards , Cesar Rada Genera Manager

My husband and I did a private tour. The guide was great! We were able to tell Caesar what we wanted to see and he customized the tour for us all in an Air conditioned car. Def would do it again!!!!

What a wonderful tour. Cesar was fantastic. He was so informative and showed us all the sites. He made the tour personal for us. Cesar even stopped at the drugstore so I could get a protein shake. If you are going to Cartagena schedule a tour with Peace Travel you will not be disappointed

Great day in Cartagena, we loved having a private guide to show us the sights. It was very personable, our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We really appreciated it when we saw the large busses from our cruise ship and were thankful it was just us and our guide. We also tried the local cuisine pet our guides suggestions and were blown away. This is the only way to see the city.

We had a wonderful private tour with an excellent driver and our very friendly and knowledgable tour guide, Walter. We felt like we got a great taste of the history of the city in just a short time. We did lots of walking and saw a ton of key sites, as well as learning about the rich history of Cartegna. Everything from booking to communication to meeting the guide to the tour and to drop-off was flawless! Cesar and his company do it right.

My husband and I booked a private tour with Cesar during our day in Cartagena, Colombia. We were traveling on a cruise, and Cartagena was one of our port stops. We only had one day in Cartagena and wanted to see as much as possible. After looking at the cost of booking a private tour with our cruise line, I looked into alternative options as it was very expensive. I booked a private tour with Cesar after seeing his great reviews on Viator, which we are happy to add to after our experience! Right after I booked our tour, Cesar contacted me to plan our day and gave thorough instructions on how to meet his team at the port. Cesar also helped us book lunch reservations in advance at Cande, a beautiful restaurant serving authentic cuisine with live music. Once we arrived and disembarked the ship, someone had a sign with my name and led us to meet Cesar and our driver. Once we arrived at the car, we wasted no time and started our day. As we drove through the streets on the way to the first stop, Cesar began to share information about his hometown of Cartagena. Cesar shared a wealth of knowledge about the history, economy, and people. I had done research on the best places to see while visiting Cartagena, and Cesar managed to accommodate most of my places of interest on the tour. Cesar even added a few special spots I didn’t have on my list, making it an even more enriching experience. Once we finished our tour, our driver drove us to Cande, where we enjoyed a wonderful ambiance, lunch, and music. The trip back to the port from the restaurant was only $10 USD. If you have a limited time in Cartagena and want to maximize your experience, my husband and I highly recommend booking a tour with Cesar!
