What To Expect

Get an overview of Charleston, without having to walk and while staying in air-conditioned comfort, on this city sightseeing tour by luxury minibus with wide viewing windows. Ideal for first time visitors, let a guide fill you in on the city, its top attractions, and entertaining stories from its past. Limited to just 14 guests, book ahead to secure your preferred time slot.

Make your own way to the Charleston Visitors Center to board your tour. Over the course of around 1.5 hours, you’ll pass by highlights such as Charleston’s oldest church, St. Michael’s Church, the colorful Georgian houses of Rainbow Row, White Point Gardens in the Battery, the neoclassical Nathanial Russell House, St. Philip’s Church, and the historic Aiken-Rhett House downtown.

The tour ends back at the Visitors Center.

This is a small, local company with talented guides. “Smitty” shared his knowledge of the area and its history for 90 minutes and gave us the opportunity to step off the bus for pictures at the battery. A recommended introduction/overview to Charleston to give you the basis for further exploration.

We had a great time on this sightseeing bus tour! Rodney, our tour guide, was awesome! He has lived in the area his whole life and raised his kids there and is even an actor (had a part on Ozark!) so he is very knowledgeable about the area and all the history! We learned lot of great tidbits! It’s also a great way to learn the city and the area at the beginning of your trip so you know what you want to do and see more of! We highly recommend this tour!
