Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

What an awesome tour!! The food was delicious and the optional drinks were too!! :) That braised short rib with cola reduction was to die for!!! YUMMY!! Miss Alice was such a great guide...sooo informative!! We learned a lot!! LOVED all the charm and hospitality of Charleston!! Cannot wait to come back again!! Thank you!!! Sir Simon was exactly the British, Beret wearing, food connoisseur we were hoping for. From the moment he said "Ello" to our final "Cheerio" it was a wonderful experience. They definitely chose some unique food options. Some unique to the lowcountry and some just plain unique. I don't think I would take this tour again for the price point, but it was a good experience.
