    Everything was excellent, first time booking with Viator and I was very pleased with the results. Our trip to chacchoben Mayan Ruins was excellent. Thanks to the driver and our 2 guides.. we really enjoyed it 😀

    The ruins were amazing but we had poor time management by the guides. We were including lunch and time at the beach with this tour. We had maybe an hour for lunch and we never had enough time for the beach.

    Great ruins experience not so good lunch

    The guides were great. Franklin and Gabby were very knowledgeable and took their time to make sure their groups saw everything and got their pictures. The restaurant was a disappointment. We had 90 minutes in town at the beach club it took them 80 minutes to serve some salsa, chips, quesadillas and two rounds of drinks. We had 0 time to enjoy the town or beach because of that. Otherwise it would be 5 Stars.

    Thanks for your comment. Allow us to apologize for the incovenience at the beach club, but there were a lot of people that day, there were 3 cruise ships that docked that day, so we also hope for your understanding.

    We booked this tour on the morning of. Needless to say, we were last minute and unsure of the details. The communication to get pickup details was a bit challenging, but all worked out. We were able to get all of the details, get to where we needed to be, and enjoy a very informative and well planned experience. The bus was comfortable and clean, the guide kind and knowledgeable, lunch was good and the beach time relaxing. The guide made it a priority to get everyone back to port in a timely way for all-aboard. This experience was worth the investment!

    I loved everything about this experience. Everything was beautiful and the tour guides were super nice and knowledgeable. I would definitely try again. Plus it's a better price than the cruise line.
