Poor communication and failed to deliver what promised
      Maryam_A, Aug 2023
This was a very expensive tour therefore I was expecting proper communication and support. The central office failed to communicate critical information about logistics of the trip on a timely fashion. We messaged them several times with our questions. Yet they did not clarify adequately. Our tour guide met up with us the night before this journey would start and we realized that we need to purchase multiple items that we could have simply brought from home. Furthermore, they told us we will have a door to door service on the way back ( after 4 days of hiking!). When in fact we were dropped of 20 minutes away from our hotel! We contacted them hoping to come to a resolution but they just handed us a dry “ we are sorry”. Our tour guide and porters were nice. But I won’t recommend anyone booking with this company.

Hello, good morning, I am very sorry for the bad experience you had during your trip. From the management we are working together with VIATOR to improve communication with our passengers, in this way to prevent you from having bad experiences, but on the contrary, enjoy every minute. of your activity, rest assured that your family and friends who come to Peru will get a great experience. Once again I am very sorry for what happened, greetings.
Fun time hiking the Inca Trail
      Adam_M, Sep 2019
We had the best tour guide for our Inca Trail adventure - his name is Sebastian and he truly made the trip a memorable experience. He provided great insight into the history of the Inca people and also was extremely considerate with my group. The porters and chef were also super friendly and welcoming. I had a blast hiking the trail and they were very accommodating. The food that was provided was delicious and very fun. My only complaint with the food was that I had mentioned before the trip that I am a primarily vegetarian but will eat chicken or turkey - 4 of the meals had beef or ham which was very disappointing as I couldn’t eat it. Had they not asked me beforehand I would understand, but since they asked for my preferences and then disregarded them I was a little annoyed. Overall it was a great trip and I would highly recommend!

Thank you so much for mentioning every person from our crew. I am 100% sure that they would appreciate knowing these wonderful comments about their work. Besides this, I want to apologize for not giving you what you previously mention about your food preferences. Thanks for leaving such a high score anyways.
