Started with a small delay in pickup from the hotel but is expected when you are picking up other passengers. Our tour guide did a great job giving information on the sites (Spanish/English) and keeping up with time at each site. Driver and the tour guide made us feel safe and we even kept our stuff in the bus when we were visiting sites. Overall great tour for the price... highly recommended.

Our tour guide Linda was great. She had great knowledge of the Inca culture and the places visited. It is a lot to do in 13 hours and it is very tiring. I did it care much for stopping at the chocolate store or the jewelery store in Pisac. It is a good value for the money .

To much souvenir shop stops

It feels rushed with short time on the nice places. I was expecting to see the sacred walley panorama from above with the river in the ground - we saw other busses stoped such places to see the panorama and take photos but we did not. Instead we spend lots of time in souvenir shops on the route: A salt mine shop, a chocolate factury souvenir shop and a jewelry factury shop - complete waste of time that could be spend on the walley instead.

Hello, good morning, I'm sorry that you didn't like entering these stores but we don't do it so that you buy or waste your time, we do it so that you know the authentic differences of Inca textiles. The tour leaves according to plan and with visiting time in each tourist place that you get to visit all the places without fail, we do not spend too much time in the stores, it is only 30 minutes in chincheros and we enter these places to take advantage and enter the bathrooms We also don't do it to waste time, we go to all the places, all the tourist places. We will improve more on it. kind regards

Our family really enjoyed this tour — it is very much worth it. We were amazed and impressed by the achievements of the Incas at Chincherro, Olayantambo and Pisaq. Our tour guide was excellent — our family of 4 were the only English speakers in a tour group of 18, but he made sure to explain everything well in English and was always welcoming questions / discussion. The included buffet lunch was good too. Highly recommend this tour!

Our tour guide, Linda, was great! She was very knowledgeable and switched between English and Spanish flawlessly. The food was average and it felt like we were rushed towards the end. Went to a jewelry store at the end that we could have honestly passed. Everyone was too exhausted by then.

This was amazing! Just a heads up, it involves a lot of hiking up and down the different sites. We didnt know beforehand so just giving you guys a heads up. Our tour guide was amazing! Her name was Neyssa Gomez. Ahhh! I love her. She treated us like her kids. She kept making sure we were complete and that we were okay because there was a lot of hiking and walking involved. She answered allllllll of our questions and was very knowledgeable about everything. She had a good sense of humor as well. ♥️ Ill definitely miss her the most.

This tour covered a lot of must see places . Our tour guide Marco Anthony was very knowledgeable and made sure we are always the first ones on the site so we get to enjoy the site and get great pictures. He knows his stuff so you learn a lot and appreciate it well. He always encourages us to try our best to reach the top during our hikes, never pushes you beyond your limit but guides and helps to reach the goal. Highly recommended.

Marco the guide was quite rude. It felt like we were being told off, if one person went to ask a question they were told to shush until he had finished talking, it felt like being at school rather than enjoyable or informative. He was rude to other tourists on different groups in front of us, saying he hates tourists but not us as we are 'travellers'. It was a very rushed experience in order to fit everything in which I understand, however we ended up not being able to see things such as higher up in Pisac due to this.

Our guide Marco Antonio told us that this was the Super Valley Tour and it really was! The transportation was excellent. We saw so many amazing places and created so many memories. The local operator was rude! She send me messages about locating me in whats up. They called my hotel and was told that am not checked in here. We were in Machu Picchu 2 days before this event,They called the hotel and was told am not here because they used my name interchangeably also. She kept on texting me like talking to a kid. I was picked up on time but she kept on asking where am I. They sent 2 people. The first one picked me up on time. They didn’t communicate to each other properly. I asked what her name was on whats up but she declined to give me her name. The only lady-a who sent me message on email and whats up is Sandra. In the same whats up number iIt is the same number I got from the email and is the one i used to communicate. The company should look into this. She needs to be advised on courtesy and manners. To me she needa to attend class on courtesy and respect. She didn’t apologize after she found out what happened. First, of course the hotel will tell her am not checked in yet because we were atill in Machu Picchu. We arrived the night before the tour. When they inquired they use my name interchangeably. Second she was lecturing me she cant locate me where in fact they already send the first guy to pick us up. We were on time. The second guy came and was looking for us. They didn’t communicate.What is very disrespectful is the way she talked to on whats up. It was very rude!
