• Our staff will be waiting for you at your arrival at the airport. They will be holding a sign with your name written on it. • Your driver will wait for you at the airport for 60 minutes after the confirmed arrival time of your flight. • Please let us know your exact arrival time and flight number. We will track the status of your flight and wait if there is any delay. • At your arrival, the staff of the airport may offer to carry your luggage in exchange for a tip - keep in mind that this is optional. • For your transfer to the airport, we will pick you up 2 hours before your departure from Cusco. Feel free to request a different pickup time if needed. • This is a private shuttle service between Cusco airport and hotels in the center of Cusco. If you choose a hotel on the outskirts of the city, additional charges may apply.

    Made getting from the airport to the hotel very easy. When we left the airport, our driver was right there with a sign. He helped us with our luggage and was very polite.

    El primer traslado del aeropuerto al hotel estuvo super bien, llegaron a tiempo para recogernos, pero sabían que el traslado de regreso era hoy 27 de abril y no se reportaron nunca, y tuve que pagar de nueva cuenta el traslado, es una pena porque he contratado con VIATOR gran parte de mi viaje, pero no se que les paso, porque jamas se reportaron para checar hora del regreso.
