Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

I had a blast rock climbing with this company. Mark was our instructor, and he was very supportive and hands-on. He taught us each step to rock climbing. He was extremely professional and accommodating. With this being my first time engaging in this process, I was a bit nervous. However, I had no reason to be anxious. I received support every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company and activity if you’re traveling to the Denver area.

If you’re in Denver this is a must. The guides are knowledgeable and take safety very seriously. I had so much fun! I just wish I was sent the pictures that they took of me but other than that still a 10/10 experience.

This was amazing. I'm not sure what I expected but it definitely wasn't this. We hiked up a hill / mountain (good steady hike up) and then were faced with a big cliff. The instructor was amazing, and I felt safe the entire time. And then when climbing he even provided hints -- when I needed them -- of where to step to help me climb even higher. We are now rock climbing enthusiasts and can't wait to try this again.
