• Your centrally located Dubai, Sharjah hotels or Dubai Port Rashid ( cruise terminal) • For guest staying in any Private Residence or Villas in Dubai , pick up can be arranged from any nearby hotels. • Pick up service from Jebel Ali Hotels, Bab Al Shams or from Al Maha Desert Resort or others locations ( which is not in City limit) are available only with additional cost upon request based on your location. • For Transit guest, pick up can be arranged from any nearby Airport Hotels ( without luggage) >> Departure time : - • WINTER time ( Oct - Apr ) - Between 14:45pm and 15:15pm approximately • SUMMER time ( May - Sept ) - Between 15:00pm and 15:45pm approximately

  • Minimum 02 adults required,Participants must be over the age of 15 years to join the tour.
  • All guests must sign a No Insurance Disclaimer Form for the Quad bike experience.
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Pickup will be in a 4x4 Land Cruiser on sharing basis with up to 5 people per land Cruiser from different hotels.
  • Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
  • Dress code: lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. Good quality sunglasses are advised. Hats are advisable when in direct sunlight.
  • Guests visiting the UAE during the Summer months (June – September) are advised that peak daytime temperatures sometimes reach 42 – 45 degrees Celsius. Humidity levels can also exceed 90 percent during this period. We recommend all our guests to take adequate precaution.
  • No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
  • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
  • The Dubai desert can get cooler in the evenings during winter, so we recommend you bring a light jacket and closed shoes. Please wear sports shoes for safe sand boarding.
  • During the Islamic holidays / Ramadan fasting month,there will be a restriction on live entertainment ( Belly dance , Tanoura dance) and serving alcohol throughout the UAE. Therefore the Safari will be operated without these entertainments and serving of alcohol at the camp site during these days.
  • Separate washroom facilities for men and women at the Camp site
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 100 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

From start to finish we had a fantastic service from this Opperator. Everything promised was delivered and more. Our very experienced and professional driver, Mustafa , was a pure delight. Very informative, taking great care of us through the whole day and always giving wonderful service. His driving skills over the dune bashing were amazing and we stopped three times for photos during this amazing ride. The Falcon experience just blew us away where we could even handle and stroke them too. Our Quad bikes were just the best fun and Mustafa took great care with helping out here. The Camel ride was brilliant and the dessert camp was professionally run with very kind service and lots to do, with the later entertainment a load of fun. The BBQ was spot on and ther final picture event of the day seeing the Camel train walk off into the evening desert just made it a really special day for us. I could not recommend this event and its opperator more highly.

Tour was good. We enjoyed it more as our fellow travelers were fun. Our driver was quite all the time. He replied when asked but not on own. The camel ride was very small and we were rushed as we did quad bike before it. Quad Bike was fun. Overall great value for money.

Enjoyed this tour, but some tweaks could be made. There is so much to do and not enough time! The Atvs are small and get stuck in the sand. We spent half our time trying to dig them out! And the sandboards barely move down the hill. Disappointing. This tour def needs an extra hour or two to not rush!!

The experience was both fun and informative - exhilarating and fun. Bobby is an amazing driver and tour guide. He gave us a lot of facts and even took us to some desert backroads to avoid traffic going back to the city. I love that he knows so much and cares deeply about the culture. The only thing that disappointed me was no one took photos of our ATV experience. Thus, I did not buy the USB with the entire documentation. Otherwise, the tour would've been perfect.
