    I booked this as we thought a bus tour with a proper guide would be better than just a driver. The vehicle we were taking in was not comfortable, clean & too small We got to see the sites as booked but only a shouty driver reading items off google maps. No real information, no guide, long queues the day we went due to extra cruise ships in port. However as this covered most of the sites I wanted to view in one day I would still do it again. Ashame the instead of a visit Ferrari we didn’t go the the Louve instead which is more suited to people interested in culture

    to stop for gas only filling his tank half way and fill his tires up with air. Something g that definitely should have been done before any pickups. Therefore, on the way back we needed to stop for gas a second time because he was on empty. This delay then further delayed all of the touring operations. Our itinerary listed “Presidential Palace Guided Tour”, to which we anticipated our guide to come along with us for educational purposes. This did not happen and instead we were dropped off outside with no information as to what we were seeing. He also added another location to the itinerary which felt like a scam, as the art work was all for sale in the “museum”. In addition, we were late for lunch and the location our guide brought us to was horrible. All the food was buffet style, had been sitting for what looked like hours, and picked over with flies buzzing around the food. The other restaurant alternative next door was no longer serving guests as it was past the hours of lunch operation. We also arrived at Ferrari world, the last stop of the tour, to find it was closed and the gates were shut. As a tourist in Dubai this was not the ideal experience. We had to cancel our dinner reservation cause of how delayed the start time and over all delays were. When asking questions our driver also did not appear to have any knowledge about the country or the governing body. In the suv, there was 7 total people, with us sitting in the rear with less legroom than an airplane. Just an uncomfortable experience.

    You can see all the landmarks in Abu Dhabi. Small group so each person in the tour got plenty of attention from the tour guide. Tour guide Muhammad Zaman is amazing. He made sure everyone in his group was satisfied. I had a great time.
    DISAPPOINTING WHOLE DAY TOUR

    A. Unlike other tour companies where they text/email you regarding the exact pick up time according to your hotel, this particular company FAILED to do this. We had to get up @ 5:30 am to avoid being late only to find out later on (I had to call them by the way) that our pick up time is @ 9:30am not 8:00am in our hotel lobby. B. The tour guide was in a hurry so he did not follow the itinerary printed in the voucher. He skipped 3 excursions: - Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi, Visit Duration: 45 minutes - Abu Dhabi Marina Mall - Dates Market C. The tour guide/driver's driving skill was terrifying. He speeds & weaves through traffic like a maniac. D. I knew with this price, this tour is too good to be true. You get what you paid for.
