We never have a contact with the operator, we tryed by phone number, by email, by facebook and never get an answer, they never pick up us to take the tour, we lost our money, we doent recomended

Please don’t use this company planet Safari booked through Viator. They had amazing rental October and then 2 bad ones. Unfortunately, we did not look at the current reviews otherwise we would not have booked. The tour operator never showed up at the hotel and never responded to text or messages so we essentially lost out on six hours of an opportunity in the desert outside of Dubai.

Worst Tour I Have EVER Taken!!!

This was the worst tour I have ever taken. It began with the transportation. My friend and I were seated in the "third" row of a Toyota 4 Runner with absolutely no leg room. We literally had to sit sideways to even fit in the seat. My legs were literally pinned in and in pain. My friend is tall and she was unable to stretch her legs at all. My feet "fell asleep" during the ride. This drive took at least an hour plus one way. So, we were stuck in this position for hours. We were pinned in. Once, it was time to get out of the vehicle, we had to basically crawl out out the back seats. I complained to the driver/tour guide that it was unacceptable and he was being greedy by overbooking the tour and that he should not have booked anyone to ride in the "third" row seats. His response was he could've picked us up "first". Then, he stated that my friend and I could ask the "elderly" lady and her grandchild to switch with us. Mind you, the lady could barely get in and out of the seat she was already in. She looked to be 70+ years old. So he had no solution. The misery of the transportation overshadowed the entire experience. I could not enjoy the tour at all.

Total disaster with poor communication. Cancelled tour.

I picked this tour with care, and it had no negative comments. Received a text at 11 on the day to say we would be picked up at 3. We were ready, waited, waited. Sent WhatsApp messages but no reply. No driver. Started sending emails to the organisers, who took at least 30 mins to reply. They couldn’t get the driver either. At 4.10 they told us the car had broken down, new driver would be there in 20 mins. At 5 I told them to forget it. At 5.10 a driver turned up. Too late for sunset photos as an hour to the desert, and couldn’t have done much on the tour list as too dark. I was gutted. We only did the stopover to do this safari. Worst way to end a holiday! Hope to get a refund but it doesn’t take away the disappointment.

The tour was confirmed with pick up time by mail and whatsapp messages, we always have good comments from our customers and we are in the same industry for almost 25 plus years and make sure of every details of our customers. unfortunately on this particular day we faced a breakdown with the vehicle thanks to the universe for no loss of life. Due to this incident happened we wanted to compensate you the next day with a VIP service but unfortunately you were travelling the next day, we do hope you will get a chance to visit us in the coming future and we will make sure to provide you with VIP service.
