Our tour guide was the simply the best. It was 6 of us. He was prompt, engaging, and professional throughout the tour. We enjoyed and appreciated his insight into landmarks and history of Dubai when traveling to and from the safari tour. We loved the truck ride through the desert, enjoyed the sandsurfing camel rides barbecue and entertainment. We would recommend this to anyone.

I really enjoyed every step of our safari trip, starting from quad bike rides to the pretty extreme ride on the dunes in a big 4*4 jeep with a stunning view at the desert. The dinner in the desert and the show was just a final tasty note to our unforgettable trip. We felt so safe in hands of our driver Zeeshem, he was comforting us all the way and thanks to him I was not afraid so much during this extreme ride. He has also brilliant sense of humor

Great experience with a great guide. We really enjoyed our time over the desert, all the activities were fun and unforgettable. Our guide, Faraz, was pretty nice, he was very attentive with all of the guests, also, he was telling everything about all the different places we went. His drive in the desert was spot on. The food was very good, it was a buffet so you could choose the food you liked the most. For sure I will come back. Thank you Faraz for making this experience this good.

The pickup and drive was not as nice an experience as they described or portrayed.

You asked what was the most memorable, well four wheel drive pulled up at the hotel to pick us up. The driver didn’t ask if we were the party of four he was picking up. I approached him to query for our tour. He didn’t introduce himself and said where are the others to which I then opened the lobby door and advised the others that he was there. The driver then said get in. Though the FWD cruiser already had three passengers so three of our group were expected to get into the very rear seat which was for children as there was no leg room you could just eat your feet back up against the your seat so the forward seat could be put back down so your knees were up against the forward seat also (fetal like position). This might be ok for a short trip but no we were expected to drive for an hour to our destination. The driver didn’t take into account or even ask but two of our group are in their seventies I am sixty seven and my wife sixty six. We stopped at one point so you could quad bike if desired. But we were expected to get back into the same seats and when I raised an issue with the driver he cared less and said basically we had to get into the car. Begrudgingly we did though the driver wasn’t happy we argued with him and we continued out to the dunes for the off road FWD experience. In the cramped back kiddies seat. After the off road experience and the tyres were blown back up we continued out to the dinner location which was quite good. On the way home after the event the other parties in the vehicle swapped seats although they were also not very happy about the cramped kids seat. For the dinner and show I am rating the two stars and for desert safari tour part I rate it as unpleasant.

Great staff great tour! Was good to do the different activities thank you for helping out! They went out of there way to allow me to bring my luggage on the trip, had no where to keep it because my flight was leaving that night. Thank you guys I had a lot of fun I recommend this company

Really great experience, the desert is well worth the hour trip there and back. You get to sandboad which was one of my trip highlights and get some amazing photos. Be careful of all the people selling you extras, if you say you’re not interested they are very respectful. Evening entertainment was nothing amazing but the food and soft drinks were good and both included in the price.

The pickup was on time and very clear communication thru WhatsApp. We drove for a hour to arrive at the camp (small note ,there are a lot of tour operators going to this camp so you are far from alone there) first up was the (very short) camel ride, what means you get up, walk 20 meters and make a picture and walk 20 meters back. If you want to make a quad ride you can do that at extra cost after that. They are pretty slow and you just drive on a flat square. Then the dune bashing begins which is a LOT of fun 😁 half way you stop to do the sandboarding and make some pictures. Then it's back to the camp (also dune bashing) the you can take pictures of yourself with a amazing sunset. Then the BBQ begins which is ok, taste is good and all Arabic style. Don't expect michelin star dining!!! It's ok for the place that you are in. The dancers and fire show where very entertaining, especially the fire guy put on a amazing performance. When the show is over (around 8) you are heading back to the hotel and that's that. Overall very good experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

The safari experience is one of my favourite all time activities. I loved it so much, I booked it twice. Our driver Nabil was very kind and friendly , he gave us a lot of good tips and we learned a lot of new information about Dubai and camel farms, etc. He took lots of photos of our family in the desert and was veryyyy helpful all the time. He is also an experienced and safe driver! I highly recommend this tour!

A brilliant experience from Ammar Tours and Haroon. I booked this tour at very late notice and was delighted with efficiency from Ammar Tours. Desert driving was exhilarating and an amazing experience. Opportunity to sand board and camel ride was nice extras. The evening entertainment at bedouin camp was fantastic, as a solo traveller was great that our jeep of 6 people were assigned a table. Barbecued buffet food was delicious and plentiful with free soft drinks and paid bar for alcohol. Thanks again Haroon for a 5* desert safari tour.
