you deceived me! the pack I took is marked 30 minutes the quad for 2 adults on my ticket! they only gave me a 20 minute ticket for one person! my companion stayed to look at me when she had paid the same ticket as me! it is not normal !

Mr Johnny first of all you enjoy full tour and we give you best safari tour and you use word of scam only 10 mins for quad bike that you not avail , actually ticket of quad bike is only for 20 mins for desert company and we have proof of ticket copy but mostly tourism company request for extra 10 mins and we give all quad guest 30 mins , its your mistake if you get only 20 mins than same time you need to send us message via WhatsApp or call because we have already conversation through WhatsApp with you before , if you tell us same time defiantly we will give you extra 10 mins but you didn't inform our support team . tour was 01 may and you send us message 04 may , why you didn't inform us on same time if there any issue you face. The word of scam is very big . i have evidence of quad ticket copy and your chat conversation that i will provide TripAdvisor team .
