 Pickup and Drop Off from the Hotel / Accommodation is included.  Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.  Approximate Pick up timings :  Winter (Nov – Feb) 2.15 pm to 2.45 pm  Summer (Mar – Oct) 2.45 pm to 3.30 pm  Summer Season pickup times may be adjusted a little later to 4pm. we will confirm the exact time of your pickup depending on your hotel locations on the tour day.

  •  QUAD BIKE RIDE: Infants are not allowed on this activity. The minimum age to join the Quad bike is 5 years, accompanied by an adult and it will be the parents’ full responsibility
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 150 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Nous avons fait le quad et sand baching rapidement ( 40 min les deux au lieu de 30 min chacun). Puis nous avons attendu pendant une heure et demi sans rien faire ( de prétexte qu'il n'ont pas de voiture pour nous ramener au camping). au camping le tour de chameau gratuit est littéralement un tour sur un espace fermé de 20 mètres si non il faut payer un extra en plus pour avoir un tour de 10 min. Pour le diner les photos sont trempeuses, le diner ne ressemble à rien et la salade et les nouilles sont de mauvaix goûts. nous avons le safari premium et pourtant on nous a demandé de payer 50 AED pour avoir le diner premium à savoir un diner servi à table pour éviter de faire la longue queue avec les 600 personnes présentes sur palce.

However, for guests seeking a longer camel ride, we do offer alternative trips such as camel trekking, where the focus is on a more extended journey.
