This was a great tour! Shakeeb is a great tour guide! He is very knowledgeable of Dubai. He was on time and a good driver. The Frame building was very interesting! It exceeded my expectations. This is a great tour. I definitely recommend this tour!

The Dubai Frame was definitely the highlight of our day. Even though the lines were long and it was hot, it was worth it .

It's a very nice tour, especially if you haven't already seen some of the sites. The information and history lessons from the tour guide were very insightful and informative.

The trip was really varied from traveling to see a part of the palms to having a wonderful experience inside a mosque which was so peaceful then to travel up inside the Dubai Frame and then to walk across on a glass floor looking down wow then to finally finish after 4 hours on a local creek river boat across the river the district was very interesting all the lovely fabrics gold spices our guide was amazing very knowledgeable and friendly thanks again

Super Knowledgeable guide, very helpful. Plenty of water available, we all kept very cool and comfortable (essential in 45+ degrees!). We even had wifi in the car. Our guide was brilliant, had loads of information to share and was able to answer all our questions. Accommodated all our requirements (very young to much older guests). Superb driving, as a nervous traveller didn't feel anxious at any point!

Good, but spoiled experience

Our driver and quide was very polite and knowledge, however, we did not do the boat ride accross the creek because our driver put us off saying, it would be so long a wait to get on it so not worth it as it's just an ordinary boat with a hour wait for just a two minute ride that we would have to pay for. We did not go round the souks just stayed in the car. The visit to the mosque was good and enlightening. The frame was good but at first he did not realise we had paid for it then we had to pay to get out of the car park, only AED10 but it felt wrong

Transport Service

Great Transport, but little else! Driver very efficiently, got us around town. He dropped us off at the venues, and was very prompt about picking us up... He would drive us to the area of the sites, and say meet him back at the same spot. That was the extent of the “tour”. There was little interaction, no guidance and if you’re looking for any information about what you’re seeing or in-depth knowledge, this is not the tour for you. If you’re just looking for someone to drive you around town, this what you will get with this “tour”. The Driver’s English was poor and he would just yell the words louder, which does not work! He only got out of the car one time and walked ahead of us, again no interaction. On the positive side, he certainly didn’t try to steer us into any shops and high pressure sales.

Out of ALL the tours you on this site, I’m SO happy I chose this one. As a single traveler, I was concerned about taking a tour and getting lost in the masses of big groups. When my tour guide, Shaks, came to pick me up in an SUV with only 2 more passengers, I was thrilled. It was like being on a VIP tour without having to pay the VIP tour prices. We went to all the important landmarks in Dubai and Shaks, who completely enhanced the tour experience, took the best pictures ever! He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and was a true gentleman. I highly recommend this tour and if you’re able to book Shaks as your guide, you are guaranteed to have the best experience!

Not courteous not accommodating

Like the driver Siddique, helpful accommodating and provided bundle of information. Not happy with reservation and people collecting. I paid for adults and children and Viator stating i selected children. All my reservations were children, why would I select children. Reservations with Ginish not understanding and not accommodating, had to pay for additional tickets and did not offer anything or compensation
