Pickup from any hotel or location within Dubai city Port Rashid (cruise terminal) is included in the tour. Pickup from Jabel Ali, Dubai Investments Park, Sharjah, Ajman will be available on request for an additional cost based on your location. Guests must be ready for pickup 45 minutes before tour start time. Please wait in your hotel lobby for pickup Pickup time may change during the summer season according to sunset timing. Guests are contacted via email for the pickup schedule.

  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Not recommended for travelers with back problems

  • No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
  • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
  • Children below 15 years of age are not permitted to ride quad bikes. Therefore, the child ticket does not include quad bike access.
  • Quad biking segment is solely the participants responsibility. Guests are recommended to take precautions when driving. Any damage, injuries sustained, or items lost during quad biking are not covered by insurance
  • All participants booking the quad bike option must sign an indemnity form before the activity
  • We recommend you have international travel insurance as quad bike activities are prone to risk, leading to serious injury & is covered only by your insurance companies
  • Kindly share your WhatsApp number for an easy communication during the pickup
  • The duration of this activity is 4-hours, which include travel and pick-up time to drop-off back to your hotel.
  • Children under 3 years old are not permitted on the tour
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 100 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Dune bashing is a truly fun experience, and just viewing the dunes is almost worth the trip. Sandboarding is also fun, although the need to climb the dune back kind of limits the number of times you would want to do it. Our guide was very nice and helpful. Also, the 4WD vehiclde they supplied was very well suited for the task.

Had an absolute blast. Think I wrote the wrong review on the wrong excursion. Read reviews under Mosque. The atv guy was great!! Very patient. Our driver was the best, Nawaz made us feel safe and comfortable.

Had an awesome time but could have had more time on dune buggies as the guys that were driving around literally told me to get off after 5min, my tour guide saw this and sorted it out and within 15min the same guy told me my time was up…at this point I couldn’t be bothered to say anything. But Shari the tour guide was excellent and friendly and polite. We enjoyed ourselves overall

Best way to experience Dubai

If you’re in Dubai this is a must do! It’s only 4 hours so it’s a great half day activity. Mujahid was an excellent host. We were picked up from our hotels and were driven to the desert where we got to ride camels, ATVs (this was the most fun part), and sandboard. He even took us off-roading on the sand dunes in his SUV.

It was one of the most fun filled adventures we've ever taken!! Our guide was very nice and did a tremendous job taking care of us from the time he picked us up at the hotel to dropping us. We saw camels that roamed the various properties like cattle. They walked, ran, even galloped. On the tour we had a chance to ride one for a short bit such an experience! Truly amazing one of God's creations. The AV and Dune rides were so exhilarating and suspenseful, not a boring moment. Highly recommend doing this tour and for the price, exception.!! Thank you for such a wonderful time!!

Arrangemets were perfect starting from the pick up from hotel throuhout our half day adventure at the dunes. Our driver / guide was very polite and friendly. He also made sure that everybody followed the safety regulations, including use of safebelts, etc. Great experience.

An afternoon in the dunes

+ A nice experience overall, and good value for money. Quad bike was the highlight! Our driver Jal was very professional. - Pickup was late, and the tour ended up taking more than 5 hours. Sadly there was quite a lot of trash in the desert. Someone should take better care of cleaning up, as it is not nice to see.

Not to be missed activity!

Enjoyed our desert safari overall. It is a one hour drive from Dubai and off the freeway. Started with a brief camel ride and then the ATV. This was the highlight and very exhilarating. If I’m in Dubai again I’d just do a long ATV trek. The dune bashing was fun and didn’t realize a Toyota Sequoia could do that. Did a very brief sand surfing. It was challenging to get back to the top after going down. Would have liked to do it more often but was just too exhausting to go back up multiple times. Wear sunglasses as the sand does get into your eyes. Falcon photos were fun for twenty AED each person but in another section they section they offer 10 AED each. We got back around 12:30. Driver was friendly and drove safely.

We were picked up from our hotel, took about a 45 minute drive, stopped at a little rest station with bathrooms and souvenirs (including head scarves), then went on the dunes for about 30 minutes. We had the opportunity to sandboard (we each got to go multiple times) and the tour guide was very patient with us. we then drove to a separate area away from the dunes where we got to ride the quad bikes for about 30 minutes. It was overall a great experience and well organized. I would highly recommend!
