I order for boat, Got. Voucher that says boat ride. Or bridge walking.. But after it.. It become just bridge walk. No need for the bridge walk is it free

Fountain show was great . The fact I got scammed out of the price of 2 tickets and it was actually free for everyone to stand on the fountain bridge was bad on behalf of this company I booked with .

Dear Customer, You have some misunderstanding, these tickets issued by the Burj Khalifa adm Emaar that is mentioned at ticket as well. no entry possible without tickets.
