Great fun - minimum fuss

You need to travel to the beach side of the hotel to find the place where they have the boards - the team there were great, minimal fuss to get set up and there is a locker to store your stuff. No instructor required just taken to the water and a quick explanation of how best to use the board and oar and away you go. The hour flew by and was great fun!

Went to pick up point half an hour before due time no one came to pick us up could not get through to the contractor or Viator spent 20 min after pick up time took photo of pick up area as I want to claim my money back and also 2 taxi cost Ihave always used Viator but this was the first trip that went wrong then now today my other trip to Atlantis palm water park said that they had no record of the booking even though I had doc from Viator so I had to pay to get in so now another refund I will be requiring I have a trip tomorrow to burj khalifa and if I have problems with that I will never use Viator again unfortunatly I have another 2 trips booked in May for an other destination and now worried that they will have problems

Wir waren wie abgestimmt 15min. vor Start am gesendeten Treffpunkt. Leider war kein Mitarbeiter bzw. Instructor anwesend, der uns empfangen sollte. Nachdem ich auf Fragen, selbst bei freundlichen Mitarbeitern von Hydro Sports am Treffpunkt nur die Antworten erhielt, dass hier niemand etwas von SUP weiß (Tickets extra vorgezeigt) und sie mir leider auch nicht weiterhelfen könnten. Ich schrieb den Kontakt per WhatsApp an - kein Erfolg. Ein Concierge des Hotels direkt vor Ort hat dann noch die angegebene Mobilnummer angerufen- kein Erfolg. Nach vergangenen 45min. ohne Erfolg haben wir uns enttäuscht auf den Rückweg mit dem Taxi gemacht. Im Nachgang versucht mit der Agentur Dreamdays eine Lösung herbeizuführen führte nur zu Ausreden. Was bleibt...kein Standup Paddling..aber ne Menge Geld für den Veranstalter ohne erbrachte Leistung. Vielen Dank für nichts...Hydro Sports, Dreamdays, Viator...oder wer auch immer sich dafür verantwortlich fühlt.
