    We are based on the Ground Floor of Drury Street Multi-Story Car Park. The car park is directly across the road from Brooks Hotel. Enter the car park and head for the bike parking on the ground floor. Turn left down the ramp and we are at the end. You will also see signage for See Dublin By Bike.

What an absolutely wonderful way to explore the City, learn the History, spend time with family, meet new friends, and get exercise. Don’t forget to bring your water and an energy snack. The Guide was highly knowledgeable and super patient!!! I would recommend this adventure outing to anyone planning to visit Dublin City.

This was one of my husband's and my top picks for our time in Dublin. There is so much to see and it is hard to choose. Our guide (I think Laura was her name), gave a wonderful tour with so much historical detail. This way, we got to see much more and learn much more than we would have if we had just picked one or two places to go and it also allowed us to then decide which place we would like to have a more in-depth tour of.

Guide never showed up, there was 11 of us. Waited over an hour. Now trying to get refunded. Called lazy bike tour company no answer. Called viator, they couldn't get ahold of them either.

All we can do is apologise for what happened. This was a mix up on our side that caused some issues internally with in the company. We have investigated this and as a result changed some of our process so an issue like this won't happen again. We have also spoken to Viator to make sure that everyone involved was issued a full refund as it was 100% our mistake.

Great experience! Our first time in e-bikes and we loved it. The tour was good and guide was very knowledgeable. Due to all the traffic noise, headsets would have been a huge plus. Even though our group was small, it was very hard to hear at times. Highly recommend.

This was a horrible experience. They don't answer the contact information and if you copy and paste the address into the taxi app it takes you to the wrong location 20 minutes away. We ended up missing the ride and sat on the phone eventually with "customer service " for 45 minutes and the issue is still not resolved. Just a terrible customer experience.

Our tour guide was wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and made our trip so fun. We had quite a few stops throughout the City and she would give the history behind each stop. The e-bikes were easy to ride. Highly recommend.

Hugh is such a great guide. He knows so much history and was very safety conscious which was important, since we did some biking in traffic. The only suggestion I will make is that they might want some kind of headphone system since it was hard to hear at some of the stops, and during the biking, only the people closest to the guide could hear his commentary. But I would definitely recommend this tour.
