Ross was a fantastic tour guide…equal parts Dublin history and Irish humor. The bus ride was perfect (open air on the 2nd level for fresh air and perfect pics). The tour allowed for the right amount of time at the summit/coast and then ample time to walk and eat in Howth village. All in 4 hrs so you can plan your day accordingly. Highly recommended for those trying to mix multiple activities into their day.

Enjoyable afternoon outing. Howth is a friendly little fishing village. Fresh fish for lunch, wash it down with a cold beer, sittng in an old tavern by the fire. Perfect.

Driver was fantastic, knowledgeable and very friendly. It was busy and we had quite a few people that wanted to sot outside. They quickly arranged another bus. I typically do full day trips and this was such a nice shorter trip. Loved it!!!

The Points of interest along the way were good. The area was beautiful looking out over the light house and cliffs and the town of Howth was vey charming and picturesque. Unfortunately it was pouring rain that day, so rather than walking about much we enjoyed a delicious lunch of fish n chips and a pint.

Highly recommend this tour if you’re looking for a half day trip to see something outside of Dublin. There are two stops: at the first you can get in t and see beautiful views of the bay and lighthouse. You need to walk up a street from where the bus is able to park (busy on weekends so keep that in mind if you have any handicap or issue walking) then you can walk down a compact dirt path to view the coast or you can stay atop the parking area and look down from there. Definitely take 10-15 min to walk a bit since that really gives the right perspective of this beautiful area. There’s a pub and place to grab food if you can’t really walk up the street or don’t want to. Howth village is the next stop (1 hour 1/2) and was one of the highlights of my stay in Dublin. There are lots of restaurants to grab a really good fish and chips or fresh shellfish (oysters!) and stores. You can view the grey seals that play in the harbor near the fishing boats as you walk down along the restaurants and shops along the water by Octopussy, the Brass Monkey and Piet House. The guide is very knowledgeable and entertaining. Great tour!

Tight on time, but worth it

The trip was most definitely worth the price. The views were stunning, and it allowed us to see sights and have experienced we wouldn't have gotten if we'd stayed in Dublin alone. A few things I didn't love, though: Chiefly, the portion at the cliffs is so tight on time; we barely made it back to the bus, and we didn't even climb down. Also, an open top bus is just not fitting for the climate.

Completely unsatisfied! We couldn’t even make the tour because of Palestine protests going on. The protesters were blocking the meeting point and we didn’t know that the meeting location had been moved. We received no communication as to what the new plan was going to be since streets were blocked. We thought it had been canceled. We tried reaching the operator, no response. Tried reaching Viator, no response. By the time we got to the bottom of it, we were told the bus had already left from a different unknown location. Then we couldn’t even use the tickets any other time because we were leaving the next day. We tried to get our money back and were just flat out rejected with no reasoning why! Never using this app or company again. Terrible communication all around
