    From the train station: Turn left and after 50m take a left turn down unto the West Pier. Continue down the pier with trawlers on the right and restaurants to your left. Near the end of the pier, just past Aqua Restaurant you'll see ferry boats on the right in the harbour.

It was simple and really interesting if you like to see some rare birds and seals you’re perfect for it annnnd it took us about an hour but it was so entertaining that it felt like 15 minutes… the boat has music and the guide was very good too

Great experience. Would recommend to anyone who is planning a trip to Dublin. Howth is a nice little fishing town. Local restaurants serve fresh fish from the area.

The best time on the ferry! Skipper was soooo friendly and made the experience even better! Played great music and navigated the waters well so that it wasn’t uncomfortable with the wind and waves. Was a last minute decision for me and one of the best I’ve had on my trip to Ireland

We had such a great time on this tour! You hear a lot of Irish history dating back 10,000 years ago, feel the spray of the sea, and get to hear some famous Irish music! Shane is such a fun captain and you get to see several islands. We even saw a rainbow on our trip!

We had the best time in the rain with Shane! He was so delightfully cheery and told lots of great stories about history of the area and pointed out local wildlife. We even had a seal pull up to the boat to listen, too! We hardly noticed it was raining because we were having a great time and wish we could’ve stayed out even longer. Definitely the highlight of our trip; thanks!!

Both captains were great. Part of the group missed there time slot but still went out was a beautiful day not too choppy but they were willing to turn back if it was to much.

We had a blast with our guide Harry! He was very kind and personable and had a long history with the area as a native. We felt well taken care of and learned a ton. We would highly recommend to any & everyone! Note that things were a bit rolling on the waves, if you have any sea sickness you might have a tough time.

Ian and Michael were fantastic tour guides! They told us historical accounts about geographical formations and and the fauna. They pointed out birds and oh my the very cute seals! They also mentioned that Johnny Depp many years ago had pirate training in Howth as well. Fascinating tour and a must do while you are visiting Howth! Thank you Ian and Michael!
